상당히 불량한 호텔, Olive apartment
전반적으로 숙박편의성, 위생, 청결 상태 엉망임. 다시는 가고싶지 않음. 특히, 물이끼와 곰팡이가 피어있는 커피포트는 도저히 사용할 수 없었으며, 수리시설에 전화를 해도 전화를 받지 않고, Check out하면서 불편사항을 항의해도 check in장소에서의 대답은 "I don't know." "I can not tell you anything." 임. 이것이 과연 진정한 영국의 호텔 서비스인가요?

This property is bare bones basic. Like student accommodation.... chairs broken, stained sofa, mismatching cupboard doors, no personality, not like the photos at all. It was clean and liveable and a good price but dont expect the photos as it is far from this. False advertising. When I complained, I heard nothing back

From the moment we arrived, and the place was actually quite a distance to walk from where we collected our keys, it was like walking into a sauna, obviously they know this as 3 fans were at the ready. Unbearable, we left early to find alternative accomodation. A big disappointment

The photos accompanying the advertisement for this property are not at all representative of the actual accommodation. The actual accommodation is also not at the same address listed in the advertisement (although was not a bad area) and we were required picking up a key and catching the tube to another residence which is not clearly outlined. The apartment itself was worn and could do with some paint and a good clean. Positive aspect was excellent location (Shoreditch).

The property is nice and clean. Location is not good. Very noisy area , you can’t sleep and get some rest. The location on the Expedia post is just the office where you pick up the keys. Instead of telling us to take a cab , We were told it’s just close by from the office to the apartment but it’s not. We were dragging our suitcases , lost the wheels in of them and wasted an hour or more to get settled.

Nice and clean, didn’t tell truth about location
Nice clean apartment. Sadly not the location on website. That is where you get the key. You then have to walk another 1/2 mile away from London on a busy road to the apartment. Think the listing should be where the apartment is not the office as very misleading. I wouldn’t of booked as didn’t want to be that far away and also on a noisy road.

Booked a 3 bedrooms superior unit at Olive Niké apartments (which are managed by London apartments) through Hotels.com It was like a mystery apt, cause I didn’t know the exact address of the actual unit till the day of arrival. Surprises aplenty. The unit given was situated at Bacon St (near Bricklane). Pros: it’s located in a vibrant area with plenty of food & drinking option. It’s spacious for a group of 7, although the number of cutlery caters for 6pax. Kitchen equipped, WiFi provided. Cons: It’s located on the 2nd floor with no lift, people with mobility issue will not be suitable. No shampoo nor shower gel provided. No hairdryer. Only complimentary hand soap given. Hot and cold water system is a medieval system which tested the IQ and the thickness of your skin to withstand the sudden scalding water or icy jet of water The windows are single glazed. So if u are a light sleeper, this unit is a no go. Even with windows shut, it feels as if u left it open and one can hear the animation of the streets from dusk till dawn.

En primer lugar, indica que son 200 libras de fianza, y después son 50 libras por persona, con lo cual, nosotros ibas 6 fueron 300, que no teníamos y tuvimos que pagar con la tarjeta...así que eso más comisión. El apartamento está a 20 minutos en metro de la oficina, que es la dirección que se refleja. Está en un barrio bueno, donde hay de todo y buena conexión, daba la sensación que fuera un barrio de negocios. Está muy bien equipado con cocina, con lavavajillas, congelador,nevera, cafetera y tetera y demás utensilios para cocinas y comer, además de secador y plancha. El problema es que la ropa de cama para el sofá cama estaba sucia con grandes manchas amarillas y de sangre. Quisimos imaginar que realmente era que no salía y si que si estaban limpias.

Logistical nightmare
I chose the location of the accommodation as this was close my office however it transpired that this was only the key collection site and the apartment was 30 min drive away. Upon arrival the apartment was functional although not spotlessly clean. Upon waking on the final day there was no water!

Never Again!!!
No hot water! I called and complained both days I was there. They denied any knowledge of it! Hotels.com did little to nothing to help. Concierge was not available 24hrs like the sign stated.

Près de tout grâce à l'arrêt de bus à 2mn à pied, et la station de métro old street à 10mn, c'est un bel appartement avec 2chb et une grande pièce de vie (salon-cuisine-salle à manger), 2 wc/salle de bain douche, dont une avec baignoire. Une immense terrasse. Une belle vue. Très bien équipé, avec lave-linge sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, frigo, congélateur, et tout le petit électroménager. Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Attention, les clefs sont à retirer dans un endroit différent (Adler street)

Perfect Apartment for 6 People
We stayed at the apartments when attending a gig in London, didn’t really know what to expect. We found the office to check in and the apartment was closer than anticipated, being just 50 Yard’s around the corner. Lovely, spacious three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Opposite a pleasant park and within 100 yards of tube station. Literally had everything we need and was nicely furnished. We weren’t planning to spend too much time in the apartment but probably spent more time there as it was catering to our group needs. Would definitely book again!

3-room apartment
We were just a family of 8 people staying at Olivé Niké Apartments for a summer holiday. The apartment was good located near an Underground station and had three bathrooms (perfect for so many people). When it comes to the property condition, it was a lot of small flaws around, such as a door did not go up or the heat sink in the shower was loose and could not be used - but overall we had a great stay with good service.

Huge apartment in a great area of town
The staff at the Olive Nike (Mr. Karoly) were amazing. We had a different property that cancelled on us literally at check-in time and my family had just flown in from Paris. We were on the street! I contacted Expedia and the connected me to the Olive Nike office. They made a whole bunch of mov s and managed to get us a wonderful apartment in Kings Cross. And...Expedia picked up the difference due to the last minute cancellation of Landmark Apartments.

The apartment was not near the address given when we booked... we did not realise we were only given the booking office address. We and luggage had to go nearly one Km further. Room itself was fine. Area OK... East end London.

No aspecto hospedagem correu tudo bem, gostei muito do apartamento. O problema é que a localização do apartamento foi definida na hora de pegar as chaves. Tive sorte de ser num bairro bom, mas todo o planejamento que havia feito com antecedência foi prejudicado.

L'appartamento non si trovava dove indicato nella mappa al momento della prenotazione, ma a mezz'ora di autobus dal punto richiesto. L'appartamento era ampio e spazioso, con due camere da letto, due bagni e un posto sul divano in sala. abbiamo trovato microonde, lavasciuga, asciugacapelli, biancheria da letto e da bagno e saponette nei bagni. Purtroppo nel palazzo stavano facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione e il ponte esterno ci bloccava tutte le porte per cui eravamo chiusi dentro.... Wifi non funzionante, segnalato, ma nessuno in 5 giorni di soggiorno, ha provveduto a sistemarlo...

Beautiful
The check in is a little weird. You check in at a different place than where the flats are located. However, after arriving at my flat, I was impressed. It was very pretty, clean, and brand new. Everything in the place was shiny and new, and it includes a fridge, washing machine, and a full kitchen.

If you want space cheap for a long stay
This is NOT a business apartment, to start off with the apartment was 25 minutes walk from check-in location. BUT if you are staying in London for a week or more and want a decent, convenient and cheap place to stay, this works. This apartment was actually in a nice location, top (4th) floor with a balcony, generally bare bones and no shampoo but clean and functional. If you don't expect plush and are on a budget, this is great. otherwise skip.

OK if you're not very picky
Nice apartment, bathroom, kitchen all modern very nice. Sofa was dirty, someone had spilled a drink on it and it hadn't been cleaned properly. Bit of draught coming through the window in the living room, I told them and to be fair they said they sent someone to have a look at it. Unfortunately I think it's a window problem that can't really be easily fixed. It was ok though, heating was good, shower was great, bed was clean enough. Location this time was a bit further into Commercial Road, not the most beautiful part of London and wouldn't recommend a girl walking home on her own.

L'appartement était à 10 minutes de l'adresse indiquée, à l'angle de Royal Mint St et de John Fisher St. Le seul problème mais de taille, c'est qu'il était extrêmement bruyant. Ce loueur possède en effet un immeuble 8 appartements à la sortie de la gare Tower Gateway (DLC) en bord de voies ferrées surélevées. Le passage des trains fait un vacarme d'enfer du fait de la résonance du pont, et comme l'appartement est mal isolé on a l'impression de dormir dans une tente au bord des voies. Bref, nous avons tous très peu dormi ! A part ce gros défaut, l'appartement était très spacieux propre et confortable : 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain, salon cuisine... Quant à la réception, ce n'est pas l'amabilité qui les étouffe ! Mais peu importe, ils gardent les bagages dans une pièce fermée avec chaines et cadenas et c'est finalement ça qui compte.
