프레지덴셜빌라에서 3박을 하였습니다. 빌라는 2개의 객실이 있고 오픈된 리빙룸이 하나, 제법 크기가 큰 풀로 구성되어있습니다. 빌라 자체는 좀 낡았습니다. 방 두개 중 한개 방 에어콘은 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. 다행이 건기였고 저녁에는 시원했기 때문에 따로 고쳐달라고 요청하지도 않았습니다. 객실 두개 중 한개 객실은 화장실에서 야외 샤워장으로 나가는 문이 잠기지 않습니다. 누군가 담을 넘으면 객실로 들어올 수 있는 상황으로 첫날은 매우 걱정되었습니다. 이부분은 고객의 심리적 안정을 위해서 반드시 시건장치를 달아야될 것같습니다. 객실에 안전금고가 없는 것도 조금 불안합니다. 귀중품을 캐리어에 넣고 잠궈두는 것은 3박동안 묵기에 불편하기 때문입니다. 무엇보다 이 빌라의 가장 큰 장점은 풀장입니다. 다만 빌라가 정글에 있기 때문에 풀에 나뭇잎, 나뭇가지, 벌레들이 좀 있습니다. 공용 풀에서는 다이빙을 할 수 없지만 프라이빗 풀이므로 아이들이 신나게 다이빙하고 놀 수 있었습니다. 조식당의 음식은 가짓수가 많지는 않지만 음식 맛은 좋은 편입니다. 애프터눈 티 시간이 있고 이때 티와 샌드위치, 작은 케익 또는 푸딩 등이 제공됩니다. 샌드위치는 간단히 만들어진 것으로 보이지만 맛있습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 직원들 친절함이 아마 이 리조트의 최대 강점이 아닐까 싶습니다. 룸컨디션을 생각하면 1박 비용이 높은 편이라고 생각되고 재방문은 고민이 됩니다.

밤도착후 하루 자고 그다음날까지 총 이틀 묵었는데 시내와 멀어서 원하는 시간때에 이동수단없이는 다닐수 없었던점 빼고는 앞에 라이스 필드 전경이라던지 주변 트래킹코스와 카페,마사지숍등등 너무 아름답고 평화로웠습니다 (참고로 숙소에서 시내까지 셔틀이 있는데 애매해서 택시탐) 저희빼고 한국인,중국인..아시아인들은 한명도 없었고 다들 서양분들만 있었어요 음식은 한끼 간단히 먹기좋은정도, 청소는 말끔히 잘해주시고 기후특성상 꿉꿉함이 있는게 당연한것이니 그게싫다면 발리를 안가면 됩니다! 서비스도 친절,정확하고 발리나라자체가 너무 좋아서 다시 여행갈꺼라 다시 묵을 의향 있습니다. 다만 오토바이운전 가능하면 오토바이 렌탈 강추!!!!(발리전지역 특히 ***꾸따, *****스미냑 지역) 시내에서 택시비는 한국돈으로 만원정도? 숙소에서 시내를 갈때는 우버나 블루버드 불러서 기본 20분 이상 기다리는 것보다는 호텔에 문의해서 택시부르는게 싸게치고 훨씬 빨리오고 친절합니다.

호텔 밖과 다른세상이 펼쳐지는 호텔
인터콘티넨탈 길건너에 바로 있는 숙소에요. 상대적으로 많이 알려지지 않은 숙소여서 묶는 사람이 별로 없었어요. 저희가 있을때도 전체 4커플이 전부였나.. 그래서 거의 풀빌라 이용하듯이 수영장도 저희만 이용했어요. 숙소안에는 넓은 정원이 있고 숙소밖 차 지나가는 거리와는 정말 다른세상에 온 느낌이 듭니다. 스위트 샤바 객실은 전용 수영장이 있어서 더욱 운치가 있습니다. 무엇보다 조식이 코스처럼 애피타이져, 메인, 디저트, 음료 시킬수 있는데 굉장히 맛있어요. (그생각으로 풀바에서 시켜먹었는데 풀바에서 시켜먹은 음식은 별로였어요.. 다른 요리산가..) 암튼 전체적으로 친절하고 숙소내부도 다른 숙소와 다른 모로코 풍으로 너무 좋았습니다.^^ 최고.

I didn’t feel welcomed on the day of arrival at Lokha. Good room condition. Breakfast is average. Small but nice swimming pool. 15mis away from central Ubud. But hotel runs shuttle which is required to book in advance .

기대보다 못 미쳤어요. 분명 좋고 예쁜 리조트이지만 우선 방 구조가 문제가 있는 것 같습니다. 보통 캐리어가방을 놓는 곳이 거실이나 화장실 앞인데 이곳은 화장실 안에 캐리어 가방을 놓는 곳이 있고, 금고와 옷장도 화장실 안에 있어서 불편합니다. 그리고 옷에 습기가 차는 거 같기도 하구요. 그리고 수압이 약한 편이고 무엇보다 뜨거운 물이 이른 아침이나 늦은 밤에 나오지 않습니다. 처음에는 틀어 놓고 몇 분 지나면 나오겠지 했는데, 샤워를 다 할 때까지 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않아서 고생했습니다. 그리고 화장실에서 약간 하수구 냄새도 나구요. 그리고 조식도 140,000Rp가 넘는데 그 정도 가격을 주고 먹을 만큼은 아니구요. 솔직히 먹을 게 없어요. 음식 종류가 적어서요. 셔틀도 우붓 시내 출발-리조트ㅡ 도착은 5:30pm이 마지막이라서 늘 택시를 타고 이동해야 합니다. 하지만 경관 만큼은 정말 좋습니다. 또 시내와 떨어져 있어서 조용하구요.

No customer service at all!!
Quite a distance from ubud main street, just 3-times free shuttle a day, and very basic breakfast but that's okay comparing with the rude employee. We had an 1-year baby and wanted the late check out. Early in the morning, the reception guy suggested the half pice of the regular amount for staying unti 6 oclock. When we checked out at noon we asked for the late check out. he said, no. The lohka is a huge resort, there are "plenty of vacant rooms". we haven't seen many customers during our stay, the restaurant is always empty even at dinner time and the lights of the most of rooms turned off. But he strongly said the late check out was impossible because we didn't let him know "before noon". So silly. My baby had to endure the humid, hot weather at resort lobby until we took the flight at 1am, and he watched us all day long!!

우붓의 계곡의 벽면에 지어져서 정말 정글 한가운데 온 느낌이에요. 호텔식과 풀빌라식 룸이 있는데 호텔식 룸이 모기도 없고 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 한적해서 우붓의 차 트래픽이나 길위의 많은 관광객을 피해서 조용히 머무르기 좋았어요. 일출 일몰 트레킹 코스인 짬푸한 트레킹 코스에 있습니다.

운치있는 숲속의 호텔
저는 밤에 도착해서 밤에 호텔 로비에서 내려다보는 호텔 전체 전망이 운치있고 너무 이뻤습니다. 숲속에 있는 호텔이다 보니 시내가는 셔틀버스를 운영하고 있었습니다. 직원들이 다들 너무 친절해서 덕분에 편하게 잘 지내다가 왔습니다. 단, 우붓 호텔들은 숲속에 위치하고 있어, 벌레들이 좀 있긴했어요.

Just want to say, it was a great stay at this property, location was good. Spa was ok. Gym not so great. Staff were great and very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the villa. Few negatives, mosquitoes were a problem, feel like burinh stucks or spray could be used when turn down service happens. (Had this in other hotels/villas similar) got bitten alot. Breakfast is too big and not great. We eat out everyday. There is so much potential for this place just needs to tweek a few little things. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, i would recommend the hotel. And would stay again if these things were implemented

Das Hotel liegt ruhig gelegen mit Blick in den Dschungel. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant und der Pool haben eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Schöne Warungs sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der Wanderweg nach Ubud ist vor der Tür. Ein Shuttleservice wird kostenlos mehrmals täglich angeboten. Die Austattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant haben uns nicht überzeugt.

The location was secluded, yet still within walking distance of shops. Scenery was nice and the people were nice.

Ein sehr schönes Resort mitten in Ubud. Ruhig gelegen, man ist in 15-20 Minuten mit dem Roller im Zentrum. Wir hatten eine Pool-Villa. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit und jeder Wunsch wurde einem erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Absolut zu empfehlen

We shared feedback about this property, and the staff basically shared that they had received no complaints, meanwhile we shared pictures of dirty towels, dirty sheets, molded bath robes, etc. we selected this hotel because of how close it was to everything, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The resort is fairly old and it is not being taken care of properly. Rooms that aren’t being used, they are not throughougly cleaning them, maybe because they don’t think that anyone will check the sheets and bed. One of our couples LEFT, found a new property and met with us every day. We tried to get a refund to find a new property and were told “no complaints had been filed, even after sharing pictures”. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SEPTEMBER 2023

Recommend to couples
Stayed in the pool villa for 3 nights with my partner and was an amazing experience. Staff were so caring and helpful. Food wasn’t the greatest for the breakfast buffet but apart from that everything else was perfect. Recommend the beauty for two package for the massage as was so romantic with the bath overlooking the Forrest. Definitely coming back with my girl!

Das Hotel an sich ist schön. Wir haben uns in unserer kleinen Villa mit Pool wohl gefühlt. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit der Villa zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben unsere Sachen erst gar nicht in die schränke geräumt. Die waren voller Spinnenweben und haben fürchterlich gestunken. Die Anlage selbst ist aber gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen lecker. In der Nähe sind Restaurants die auch empfehlenswert sind. Außerdem ist Ubud zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Man sollte aber eine Taschenlampe dabei haben falls man den Weg im Dunkeln zurück legen möchte.

Hôtel décevant, les avis ne sont pas du tout en lien avec la réalité de ce lieu. L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé avec une flore merveilleuse mais l’entretien général de l’hôtel laisse vraiment à désirer : - Chambre HUMIDE (après deux jours l’humidité était telle que nous avions l’impression de dormir dans draps mouillés!!!) Toutes nos affaires sentent l’humidité. - Ménage et odeur de javel affreuse (tout était gras) - Piscine sublime mais la propreté des transats ne donne absolument pas envie de s’y installer - Minibar vide - Ménage non effectué le 2ème jour Pour le prix c’est très loin des attentes que nous pouvions avoir au moment de la réservation…

Our stay at The Lokha Ubud was AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and helpful during our whole stay and the grounds and our villa were beautiful! The Lokha is right at the top of the famous trail walk down to Ubud and there are several delicious juice/smoothie stands just steps from the resort. Do yourself a favor and book your stay in Bali at The Lokha Ubud!

Declining rapidly
I’ve stayed here many times over the last ten years and I’m surprised by the decline of the hotel. Ceiling leaking during a rain storm. In order to get warm water I was advised to let the tap run for 15 minutes which is so wasteful. Rooms are run down and over all the hotel is not clean. The staff is still friendly and nice but they don’t have much to work with sadly. This will be my last stay at the Lokha Ubud.
