DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR SOLO TRAVELER!!!! This property should be removed from this travel website as it is completely unsafe and does not follow its own policies. Upon checking in, I was asked to sign a “no smoking” waiver, yet when entering the hotel it reeked of both cigarettes and marijuana. This is not in the Seattle Aurora neighborhood but actually in Shoreline. There were loose empty- and full bottles of alcohol scattered around all areas of the parking lot. Upon walking to my room, extremely loud music was blaring out of an adjacent room. The room had no hand soap or bath items. I immediately didn’t feel safe upon entering the facility and asked the front desk staff if the hotel was safe. They said that it was a safe area- yet when asking an uber driver about the area they encouraged me to cancel my reservation as soon as possible and rebook somewhere elsewhere. They told me that this hotel is well known for drug use and trafficking, as well as for sex trafficking and prostitution. The uber driver encouraged me to either cancel, and explained that if they wouldn’t let me cancel, to not leave the hotel by myself at night. Upon explaining this to the front desk staff, I requested a cancellation and refund of my stay. They said that since I had already checked in I was unable to get a refund which is completely unacceptable for someone who did not even stay more than two hours at the location due. Expedia was also not able to help get me a refund.

They said they serve a breakfast but was slice of bread and butter or a old peanut butter, there was kind of 6 bananas but was not good to eat and one apple. The bed was kind of confortable but the pillows was more a sofa pillow, very uncomfortable. The guys from front desk very helpful.

The room was fine. Minimal customer care at night shift. Checked in around 8 pm. Just one person at the desk. Could not help with much. Not even hold elevator door for me to get in with my luggage. Nor ideas for places to eat in the vicinity. Said that the closest restaurants were a mile away. And that I could get an app to order food. I did not want that. So..I just skipped dinner that day. I was unprepared thinking they would have "something" available. The next day I noticed a vending machine. He didn't mention that either

We checked in on a Thursday evening. The 1st room on the 1st floor had not been cleaned very well (dirty bedspread, frig and tub) the man at the front desk had to wait for a better english speaking lady to arrive who must of been the manager. She was nice and put us in a much cleaner room on the 3d floor. We stayed for 2 nights and heard loud fireworks and possible gun fire near by. My lady friend likes things clean and by the time we checked out she discovered several dirty areas in the room. The front desk said that the cleaning staff was new and apologized. It might be a good idea for them to check the new staffs work. During our stay the couple of guys at the front desk were continually on the phone in non English speaking conversations and we had to wait for them to stop before helping with our concerns. I do not usually complain but would not recommend this hotel unless you can’t find anything else.

Hotel room floor was filthy when we arrived, it's a hard floor not carpeted. We used the bath floor mat to clean the floor and turned the towel black from all the dirt. Then opened the dresser... The drawers had dirt/grit in then. Used a washcloth to clean those out. The mini fridge had ice build up in it. Then on our last night the fire alarm went off around 1am and we had to evacuate til they shut the alarm off. In the morning they called to verify we were checking out... Told them we were moving a bit slow after being woke up in the middle of the night and asked if we could get some extra time... They offered an extra 30min past checkout if we needed it. Overall, a very poor expirence.

I went to use the ice bucket and it was dirty. The sink had hair all over the counter. One afternoon the power went out and i couldn’t get into my room . They had old bananas at the breakfast counter.

They charged me $200 for the bedding/sheets that was used over 100 times. Cigarette burns, faded, dirty marks. Was the bedding/ sheets prior to our visit. During the evening we had a spill that they claimed couldnt be reused. I had ask why the $200? These are old, stained, sheets. You charging me for brand new bedding. Than they used their cultural language on me. " oh, we dont understand". The cleaning lady laughed at us as we told her about it. They try at any experience to rip you off.

The room we stayed in the tub was dirty, floor was sticky and had stuff stuck to it and the bed comforter had blood stains on it had to take it off. There was trash bag in hallway from other rooms in hallway. I have stayed at better motels better than this place.

The outside of the hotel and the main lobby is clean. There is coin operated laundry on every floor which is nice but the ice machine / vending machines are located on the first floor only. I booked a single queen room at a very budget friendly price but the deposit was almost 4 times the price of the room. In my opinion the deposit was high compared to the quality and cleanliness of my room. The tv in my room would not turn on. I notified the front desk and was given a new remote which did not fix the issue. There was no onsite maintenance to look at the tv and when I requested a different room with a working tv they would not accommodate the request. My room had a musty dirty feet smell and the towels didn’t look fresh or clean. I wouldn’t recommend this motel for family’s or anyone with kids due to some questionable guests coming in and out. Overall, I found it nicer than similarly priced motels I’ve stayed at. However, I did end up leaving and finding other accommodations due to the room feeling dirty and the smell.

Didn’t expect to see hookers working out of this hotel. One of their “customers” was asked to leave and pulled the fire alarm as he left. Woke up at 6 am to for alarms and had to evacuate. Next night heard people coming and going at all hours of the night. Disappointing stay. Thought it was family friendly…

We were excited about our stay at the Days Inn but were extremely disappointed after arrival. The hotel is undergoing renovations which was not stated in the description. There were transient people in the parking lot and in the makeshift lobby. When we arrived to our room it had a very strong odour of cleaner to the point it gave us a headache. The room was also very dirty and when we wiped the floor with a Kleenex it was black. We decided to book elsewhere and left within half hour of our stay.

Bathtub had a hole in it. So, when I took a bath, water leaked all over the floor. Also, there was no shower curtain. So, I asked the man at the front desk for a shower curtain. He told me that they no longer use shower curtains. There was no decaf coffee. So, I asked the same young man at the front desk for some decaf coffee. He said that they don’t have decaf coffee. My room had no towels. So, I asked the same man at the front desk for enough towels for two people. He went to the laundry room and got me some towels out of the dryer. The next day, I asked a woman as the front desk to change rooms. When I changed rooms, there was a shower curtain and decaf coffee. The man, that I asked previously, simply lied to me because he was too lazy to help… how sad!

The photos are not accurate--at least in the two rooms I saw. Had to change rooms when the first one had remains from a prior guest. The place is quite rundown. Breakfast was not good; waffle maker never clean, no knives, horrible coffee, limited selection of food and homeless came in while guests were eating.
