Our room was very nice but the bathroom ceiling light flickered some times to the point it had to be turned off. Location to local restaurants is great. Wonderful staff who kept the property clean but beach out front of the property was dirty. Most likely from he recent hurricane.

Thank you for staying with us !The beach indeed has been a little dirty from the past hurricane and the current one heading north. Although we did clean the beach right after hurricane Lydia. The high tide is continously bringing debris every night. This usually clears after the rains.

This property was amazing, beautiful ocean front view, we had our own pool, the individual rooms and bathrooms were well appointed. the living area was spacious and furnished well. The personal chef made our trip, he stocked the fridge for us and the meals were incredible! the hotel staff was friendly and helped us with spa services and transportation. We were right in town walkable to everything. The beach out front was gorgeous and the hotel pool was also nice. I highly recommend Vallarta Shores. We had a fabulous time.

Good property. However, our main living area was an open concept and there were many bugs at night. Fortunately, no bugs in any of the bedrooms. All of the little critters were gone in the morning.

Beautiful views
Lovely hotel right on the beach with beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta. Private pools and paylapas on the beach. Close to walk to shopping and restaurants.

The rooms are nice. The views are some of the best in PV. Close to the malecon and great restaurants. The hot tub was cold and most of the jets didn't work. The hot water didn't work in the bathroom sink the door handle to our bedroom fell off. The staff was wonderful.

La ubicación es perfecta para quien busca estar en la zona romántica de la ciudad. Es centrica y a una distancia caminable. lo unico malo es que el clima de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba y algunas camas tienen colchones viejos que son un tanto incómodos. fuera de ahi, todo excelente.

Almost perfect. The only thing is that on my suite I was missing air-conditioning in living room area. That was really bad since the views are beautiful from our living area. And we couldn't enjoy it as we wanted. Room number 2 is the one missing this feature.

Wonderful hotel
AMAZING! This was our first time here and we didn’t know what to expect…the hotel is located in a quaint, walkable location with a popular boardwalk nearby. Our chef Raoul was exceptional and very friendly. Even though I enjoyed everything we did, our stay in the sky suite with the wonderful view, the chef, and the private pool was the highlight. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves coming back to PV.

Suites were nice, chef service was great but opted out of it towards the end of our stay because it amounts to a good dinner out anyways and wanted to experience some cuisine there. Lulu was superb! Housekeeping did an excellent and timely job cleaning the room. Every morning, we would leave to get breakfast. We’d return a couple hours later to find the room cleaned and ready.

First time in PV and we absolutely loved Vallarta Shores. The room was so spacious and felt so luxurious. My favorite part was the view of the ocean and beautiful sunset every night. Our chef Lulu was also phenomenal! She was so accommodating with any request we had and cooked us amazing meals every day. She was also so sweet and friendly. We will definitely return!!

This is our third trip to PV and lucky for us, the hotel we usually stay at was sold out. We searhced for a comparable place based on reviews and landed on Vallarta Shores. What a great choice! We are already planning our return because this experience is far and above any hotel we have ever experienced! We stayed in Suite “D” which is the smallest of the sky suites but still had more than ample space for 5 of us to spread out and have our own space or to gather for breakfast or dinner prepared by our wonderful personal chef, Barbie. She immediately put us at ease and was incredibly accomodating with every request we had. We were staying with another family who was staying in one of the two bedroom suites. We wanted to start the day together and Barbie would cook a delicious breakfast for all 9 of us to enjoy in our suite. The property location is perfect for sightseeing or just staying put and enjoying the grat beach in front or relaxing in your private pool. Taxis are readily available and cheap to get anywhere you want to go. Disregard all the reviews about loud music. Sure, you can hear it but it was not loud enough to be an inconvenience. We can’t wait to return and soak up some more of that wondeful mexican hospitality and sun! Thank you Vallarta Shores!

We absolutely love vallarta shores. The suite was clean, beautiful and had an amazing view. We had a long stay with our children and they were comfortable and loved it there as well. We can’t wait to return.

My stay felt like very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances from a blender to a toaster. Plates, glasses, utensils even paper towels.

the charm you would expect...
amazing hotel. extremely charming and large suite (actually full 1 bedroom apartment). property was very well maintained. pools were immaculate. staff was so friendly and so professional. so sad that we only has 1 night here. we can't wait until our next visit, so we can stay longer.

Hotel was beautiful and artistic however staff seemed annoyed all the time and treated us differently from the start because we were there at a discounted price from expedia. Construction is ongoing and loud next door and they used one of our closets as storage for dusty adult diapers, gloves bins and steel compartments!

small & personal on the Ocean . The help is great . The construction noise Next door “ tractor / jack hammer was overbearing this is only the being of the new condos next door expect a year of this . When they quit there was a small dog the would bark randomly from 8:30 to 10 at night .

Quality at a bargain price
The hotel was nearly perfect. It lies on a secluded part of Vallarta's very busy beach, but is a short walk to all of the attractions in the Romantic zone. Would have liked the TV in the living room instead of the bedroom, but that was a minor thing.
