We stayed at Comfort Inn for 4 nights, due to my sewer line collapsing, and having a flooded house from the sewer line.
First off, the people at the check in desk are very rude. No smiles, and half the time don’t even acknowledge you are there. My daughter went to ask for a complimentary toothbrush since she forgot hers. The front desk clerk was outside, smoking right by the door. The lady blew smoke in the direction of my daughter and said “we’re out”. There were bugs in the lamp shades, dried blood on the sheets, and huge rips in the carpet. The next day, I asked where the laundry services were, and the man at the desk said “our washer is broke. There’s a laundromat down the street”. In addition to the laundry facility being down, the pool was also down as well, which was one of the main reasons we booked at Comfort Inn.
Housekeeping came everyday to bring us new towels and remove the ones we had used, but didn’t make any beds or change out the sheets, or take out the trash.
After our stay ended, our house was still not live-able, but we checked out and went to a different hotel. One that had an operational laundry room and pool.
