Have stayed here many times while visiting family i and always returned. This visit was very short - we arrived close to midnight and checked out the next morning, but it was easy and comfortable. Checked in on line and received a digital key as we made the 30 minute drive from Love Field. Check out was also done via app. Spacious room (suite) at the front of the hotel, but expect considerable noise from the same highway that provides such easy access TO the hotel. Earplugs advised.

Hotel was convenient for what we were doing in that area. The hotel was nice, but if u stay there, be sure to request a room on the back, as strret noise was VERY LOUD.

The location was convenient near the convention center across the highway. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The location so close to the highway made it very noisy throughout the night. The walls were paper thin and the pillows were like sleeping on balloons. They did some recent painting and left the fixtures covered in painters tape.

The property itself is very nice along with the staff. Location is not near things so be sure to eat prior to your final arrival in the evenings. There were large bugs in my room and it made for an uncomfortable three nite stay.

Hair in bed under covers plus funny odor in room. Had them switch my room and the 2nd room has the same issues, So we left .

I stayed two nights. The first night, someone kept trying to come in our room. It happened 2 times before I called the front desk. They had a key. I firmly believe it was an employee. After I called, it happened 3 more times. Do not stay here for safety.

I booked a double queen room and was given a king room with a pullout couch. Of course, no linens on it and no reduction in price. The pool and hot tub were nice but full of bugs and trash. Evidently the skimmer was not working. They were also doing construction at the hotel. It was over priced considering the inconveniences.

Hotel is undergoing a renovation and the first room we got had a drilling sound directly from upstairs. Front desk was nice enough to change our room and it was much better. Staff was friendly and lobby was clean. But the elevator was a disaster. There were 2 elevators and by the second day, one of the elevator was out of order. The only working elevator was super dirty and had horrible smell. Luckily we were on the second floor so we ended up using the stairs. I would give this hotel a try again after it’s done with the renovation.

Unfortunately, I needed and was looking forward to the advertised in-room jacuzzi for some relief after back surgery, but I was disappointed. I was not aware of the major renovations taking place and the facilities not being available as expected. The jacuzzi nor the air conditioning was functioning and I left after a few hours after finding only 1 jet was somewhat functioning and the climbing temperature reached 76 degrees in the room. While management made right by comping the payment, I can not recommend this hotel until renovations are completed.

hotel is under renovation- lot of jackhammer noise
The hotel is under complete renovation, so rooms on each floor are being worked on. There are multiple jackhammers being used pretty much all day long, which shakes the walls and are very noisy. No chance to nap or rest or make phone calls from the room without being disturbed. I asked the staff why it was not published info and was told "corporate told us not to put it on the website. Puts the staff in a difficult position, but it's not their fault. Also, I booked for six nights. They forced me to change rooms for the last night because someone booked an entire floor, including the room that I was in. So, I am not happy with it, and a few thousand points' compensation was not very satisfying.
