Thank you for the feedback on your stay with us. I am sorry to see that we couldn't have done better for you! As far as the amenities for the kitchen- we do have utensils, pots and pans,plates and cups and silverware available at the front desk for use! We are unable to keep these items in each room due to theft. And the wifi- a problem we are currently working on. The lobby typically has good reception-when the weather is weird, though, it affects this greatly. While these are not excuses, I just wanted to provide a little clarification. If thee is anything I can assist with or you would like to give us another try, please call me directly! I strive greatly to provide great stays for our guests.
