Outdated rooms. Couch was saggy and could barely be sat on. TV was old and really small. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke, “hot” food was cold and tasteless, barely edible. Won’t stay here again.

Excellent and clean.
Excellent stay, especially for the price!!! A few minor concerns, but nothing worth mentioning. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Quiet and clean. Pool was very nice. Unfortunately, the hot tub is broken. Bathroom was spacious and bed was comfy.

There was no room cleanup without asking. And the hairdryer was inoperable. We reported it the first day, but not replaced Breakfast looked appetizing.

Overall a good 2 night stay. The staff was friendly and our room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good with many options. My wife is disabled because of her back and she was looking forward to the hot tub but it was out of service is the only downside. We would check that out first before booking again.

Rude and icky
It wasnt as clean as it should be and the manager was very rude to a customer. It smelled like cigarettes because workers smoking in non smoking areas. The first room was soiled on the sheets and mattress. The morning workers were rude. I wont be staying there again.

Bedding NOT clean: many hairs
The check in gal was very nice. The 11-7 guy good - had to remake dirty bed ( black hairs everywhere looked like cat and several long human hairs) and what appeared maybe mascara smeared into bedspread. Even more hairs after he remade bed and woke up with bites on feet but not as a bed bug would (not in little rows of 3) and a few flies in the room. Also furniture heavily damaged. Area safe. Not much right there.

Overall not a great place to stay. After we left we noticed an extra $100 charge on my credit card. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.

The bed was comfortable, but that was the only good thing. The plumbing in our room was terrible and the sink and bathtub took a long time to drain. The carpet in the room was very dirty with stains and was also sticky in places. The front desk attendant was friendly, but constantly outside smoking. The hallways and stairwells smelt like cigarette smoke and the rooms need some upgrading. I was expecting more for the price.

This hotel is in a great location. It’s near restaurants and is in the super safe North Scott area. I was able to check in early and they did not give me any trouble regarding my service dog. Sadly this hotel has gone downhill over the years. It needs massive updates and the rooms weren’t very clean. They did not have bugs but they definitely weren’t clean either. I was given 1 towel and 1 hanger for my room of 3 people which is crazy. The breakfast was mostly not edible and they’d be better off not offering it. Overall I wouldn’t stay again because the condition of the hotel is so poor. It’s a shame.
