โIt was an excellent stay and the hosts were very helpful. The only caveat is finding a public parking nearby. If not, its a great choice. We'd love to go back soon!!!โ
โWe stayed at this property 8/18/25 - 8/24/25. Perfect location in the Old Town to be able to walk, see and do everything. Although crowds get big during the day with the Jesuit Stairs right outside, it was never too loud inside the apartment. Great bakery (Mlinar) right down the walkway from the apartment as well as a daily famer's market in the square. โI have little words to express my satisfaction with Forty Four. Thatโs an excellent place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik. Damir , owner of the place is best host you can expect. He helped us to park car, what is a most difficult task in city like Dubrovnik!!!! Quality of bedding, food etc. etc. is a topnotch . I will recommend this place to everyone and to all of my friends! โ

โThis property has an amazing view of dubrovnik from its private patio. Its spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy as was check in. You can walk to old town Dubrovnik in about 15 minutes (there are a lot of stairs) Wasnt a problem for my family of 4. 2 kids age 11 and 13. We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was greatโ
โLocated in the middle of the old city. Pleasant and nice staff. Wonderful experience from the airport to the hotel through the transfer service that hotel provided. We were able to soak in the beautiful scenery in the luxury car. Various kinds on the menu for the breakfast we can chose and waiters were nice.โ

โExcellent location just off Stradun in the heart of the Old Town. The bath was fantastic, but choose a different option if you aren't up for six flights of stairs!โ
