I stayed in the bottom floor for about 2 weeks while in school. I found a roach got in. Many many ants crawling around the bathroom floor and in the shower, and when i addressed this to the front desk they said they will take care of it and it seemed that nothing got cleaned or taken care of. Housekeeping would pick and chose which days they cleaned the room which was about 2-4 times per week. I was also under the impression this place had a stove and cooking appliances to use, i specifically chose one like that online so i could make my own meals; It does not. Regular mini fridge and microwave like any other hotel. If cleanliness and bugs dont bother you, this is a great cheap place to stay. Personally i would have paid more if i knew it was going to be like this.

This hotel was beautiful. Very very clean. The best. Everything was perfect like straight out of the pictures. Worth it. Definitely will be staying again when visiting Houston.

Nice clean rooms with nice glass door enclosed shower. Bed and pillows were comfy. Was able to watch the game after the very long drive from Florida.

In my opinion it's one of the better hotels to stay at in the area. If you're looking for something worth the money look no further. The beds are very nice; and the showers are pretty nice too. If you're wanting a bathtub then you ahould look somewhere else. The parking could be better, but it's not a deal breaker

My first family vacation and we had to have our oldest in this hotel down the street from us. A used condom was found in the room but when I told management I was informed that he didn’t believe me or my kids. When my kids went to speak with him about the issue he was rude and looked his nose down at them. Not sure if it was a cultural difference or if he just was having a bad day. The housekeepers were very nice and professional. They helped my children and were very nice to them. Maybe it’s a mommy vibe I don’t know but I appreciate those ladies for all of their assistance. Now the manager I don’t know. If we have to visit again maybe we will have better experience but as it stands right now… I’m not going there if I don’t have too
