The room was a little dated. The furniture showed a bit of wear and tear. Everything was comfortable, however. There was no issue with faucets or hot water. The breakfast was pretty good, as expected from previous stays with this hotel chain.

I like its convenience to I-10, local shopping and restaurants without having to go into Houston.
Baby this hotel was lovely! We had no problems , beds were super comfy , I slept great. On top of it, they serve breakfast and the breakfast was the best!
We were a but hesitant because of the previous reviews about the car nap incidents. But the place is clean, quiet and accessible with most of your needs.
I had a slight problem with my reservation checking in, but the Guest Services Manager went out of her way to solve my problem. She was very friendly and helpful.
When checking in they ask you for an extra 50 dlls deposit without notifying you. I think they should include the deposit in the price of the hotel so one decides whether to book or not.

It is, by far, the most run down Hampton I’ve ever stayed at. I simply couldn’t believe how dingy it was, and the condition of our room was like something at a 1-star hotel. Half the veneer was torn off our bathroom door. Peeling wallpaper. Very rusty fixtures. The fake leather was heavily delaminating. The beds were comfortable. Lumpy carpet. I can’t believe Hampton keeps their name on this property.
The staff was very nice and the breakfast was up to standards, but the owner clearly doesn’t care about maintaining the facility. There are several new hotels at this exit, and I would encourage you to stay in one.
We came in for a funeral didn't get in until late about 11:30 checked in went to get something to eat to bring back to the room get up to her room and all our stuff in my daughter starts eating and I went to turn on the AC it didn't work went to turn on the TV it didn't work went over to the phone to call the front desk and it didn't work so I had to go all the way down to the front desk to let them know and she was great about it moved us to a different room but it was just the whole convenience of it so late at night after a long drive in The Breakfast the next morning was okay the eggs were cold had to wait on Fresh coffee and had to wait for them to bring the water for my daughter to make hot chocolate but other than that it was an okay stay expected more out of what I paid for I stayed in cheaper hotels and didn't have issues
Room was neglected. Broken sofa, destroyed bathroom door… only two towels even tho the room can fit four people… we had to request towels, something we had never had to do ever before…
