Dear Greg, Thank you for sharing us your concerns. Upon checking with the staff. Youasked for a discount due to renovation at check in, we explained that we can cannot modify any pre paid reservation. We also explained that the hotel has alert saying that the hotel is under renovation since May. We also asked you before you checked in to cancel the reservation through expedia with manager's approval so we can create a new reservation directly at the hotel and apply a discount but you insisted to just use the Expedia reservation and because of that we cannot adjust rate with the pre paid reservation. Regarding with the houskeeping service, we only service every other day not everyday service. Only on the third day that we clean the room unless you request it to the staff.

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience Mr. Kabila and for not having the two beds that was originally booked however we have tried our best to offer you the adjoining room. It's basically just like a room with 2 beds but you insisted to take the king bed instead but then again, I'm so sorry.

Dear Ms. Yvonne, I am so sorry for the experience and for not meting your expectations. Upon checking your record history of your reservation, I found out that the room you booked through expedia is a smoking room. I recommend next time when making a reservation to Expedia to make sure that the room you are booking is not a smoking room or call the hotel directly to confirm the room type. Next week, we will start removing those smoking rooms and the hotel will undergo a full renovaytions so hopefully by the end of the year it will all be done so we will have a better rooms for everyone.
