Looks to be recently renovated. Rooms are nice and clean and the hallways are very quiet. Great to walk to Toyota Center, George R. Brown or Daiken park. Good parking and actually free parking which is a huge bonus. Friendly helpful staff.

The staff, the breakfast, & location were the best part. My only complaints is that the elevators stopped working and had to take the stairs with all our luggage from the 4th floor. Also, there was an odd odor throughout most of the hotel but everything was spotless and clean. There’s got to be a way to reverberate some of that club music next door away from the hotel though-just a thought. Music was beatin down the block

First, it was under renovation.Second our rooms smelt like pure mold.We got a second room.There was no hot water the shower door didn't close the hot tub was ice cold. The vending machine didn't work nor the ice machine. Breakfast was immaculate, and the staff was sweet. Wouldn't recommend to anyone? And if I knew it was under renovation, I wouldn't have stayed there.

There are. Major road construction that will continue for months. There is no food, shopping nearby. Takes 15 min walk to reach for convention center. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The property was on. It appears they ate doing construction in the front of the building. The inside was nice and the staff was friendly and professional. I really line the fact that there had an indoor pool and fitness center. The hotel was very close to Daikin Park which is where the concert was that I was attending so that was very convenient

Great stay. Perfect location with free parking which is unheard of in this area. They could expand the snack options since there are not of options for snacks within walking distance of the hotel, but everything went smoothly and our girls had a good time with the indoor pool.

It was a great trip, service was good unfortunately the only down fall was findings of occasional roach and tiny ants. Not to mention the smell of paint or glue in the hallway due to renovation so it’s understandable just a bit inconvenient.

Check in waa smooth & was allowed an hour early check in. Friendly staff. Room was spacious. Free parking definitely a plus. Only negatives were the room had a strong mildew smell when walking in & the pool seemed murky due to too much chemicals as well as the jacuzzi being out of order.
