I was very impressed with the property. The only complaint I have was the breakfast, the only thing warm was the coffee. Eggs, gravy, bacon, and sausage were cold. The personal were very nice and helpful.

For some odd reason we were told we were too loud in pool area ( of course we’re african american) anyway the pool area door was open and we were playing marco polo I thought that was rude so we left the pool later that night. There were a lot of kids playing in the pool very loud, but they were Caucasian and no one told them to get out.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. There was no USB charger in the room which I thought was odd for a hotel these days. I suggest the hotel management considers adding those.

Th room I got was right above the pool on the second floor, the room was ok but the moisture level was high and you could smell the pool water from the room. I was required to filled out the form, with my contact information ( email and phone). And signed the forms! My credit card was charged $25 , the front desk said it’s for the incidental purpose.

Let me first say that the employees of the hotel were lovely and very helpful. My issue is that when I called up, I specifically stated we wanted to book 2 rooms for my mother‘s birthday, because she really wanted to go swimming in a heated pool. At 80 years old the idea of swimming in Coldwater is not fun. They assured me they had a heated pool. It was functioning and open till 10 PM so I booked the rooms and we made plans and showed up the following week for a reservation. We were told that the pool was open we went upstairs got dressed, came back down and found the pool to be locked and not even filled halfway. We asked what was going on. They said that they had to clean the pool so they had to empty the water halfway which didn’t make any sense if you’re cleaning the pool what was in it that you had to empty the water halfway and not fully and why they wouldn’t have told us that. They said it would be up and running the next morning. They were going to fill it that evening and have it ready for the morning. So we went back upstairs changed and waited till the next morning, which we were then told, could not swim in the pool, because the chlorine was too high . They had to wait for it to dissipate which would take hours so then we went out and came back that evening and were told it was still too high and people were getting sick from the smell. So on our last day when we had to leave by 11, we tried to get my mom in there and there was literally 37 people in the pool .

We stayed in the second floor and the people upstairs made to much noise. We were woken up each day around 3 am of people stomping around my when we decided to take a nap around 3 the people upstairs made so much noise we called the front desk twice with no luck

Night reception accused us of being too loud and we had a complain for the 2nd day when we only stayed one night and had not been in the room at all until 5 minutes after her call. She was very rude and threatened to charge us a deposit or throwing us out , she was accusing our room of being noisy for two days when we had just checked in and we were out eating when the complain occurred she got defensive and very rude . Other than that our stay was comfortable.

Well above and beyond. A pleasant experience
The hotel was pristinely clean, pleasant to scents, beautiful updated carpets and cozy bed, great value for money..The staff were great too! Genuinely helpful.. was even checked in before the checking in time without having to beg and explain..(opps dunno if i should let everyone know this) truly amazing experience with this hotel.

Solid choice hotel with indoor pool.
This is my second stay here. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good. There is a desk in the room. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is inexpensive and good.

Hard to rate this stay. Staff was great, pool was great..outside area fine….but our room had a terrible smell of urine. HUMAN urine - not pet urine. When you bent down to tie shoes or pick up something you could smell it. We were only staying overnight or we would have asked to change rooms. We just wore out shoes at all times.

Airshow Weekend Staycation
This hotel is located off the main road and there were some great places to dine out, just walking distance from the lobby. Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything was in working order. It was nice to have a big room, sofa for visitors. We will definitely return to this hotel and tell our family and friends as well.

Kind of disappointing
Pros: Very clean, great location, beautiful hotel, indoor pool, comfortable beds. Cons: Can hear people upstairs very early, pool area is VERY loud because of fountains (the echo gave me a headache), pool area is narrow and VERY slippery, there's a surcharge for breakfast, and quite frankly, it's not worth it, my tub faucet was leaking, and the sink was not draining properly. The bathroom hook was also loose, and I'm hoping they don't charge me for that as an "incidental" since it seems they like to charge for every little thing. Breakfast complaint: They have the cold products on ice (milk, juice, yogurt, etc.). My toddler complained about the yogurt not tasting good and about thirty minutes later ended up in the bathroom with an emergency. Maybe it wasn't cold enough? Not sure. Charge complaint: There's a $29.06 discrepancy between my Hotels.com receipt and my credit card charge. I know an extra charge would be the second day I had breakfast, but that's only $12.95, I believe. Not sure what the other amounts are for. Kids under 11 eat free, so I know it was not them.

Holiday Inn to the rescue
After a terrible booking at another hotel we booked here and were pleasantly satisfied and comfortable. Room was clean and our stay incident free.
