The front desk staff went above and beyond with my stay here ! I have come to this place multiple times and it has never done me wrong ! The room is so nice and spacious for its price and I feel safe and taken care of ! If you need a small inexpensive get away I suggest this place one thousand percent ❤️ . I had no more towels and the front desk came out in the freezing cold and made sure she personally handed them to me . Thanks for the special treatment !

Very clean, nice and friendly staff. The beds could use more pillows and some wood paneling was started to droop off the ceiling, but overall very nice rooms. Love the stove top addition!

It was clean, affordable and convenient. Easy check in and check out. If you’re looking for a 5 star experience this isn’t it. If you need a clean place to stop and lay your head while you’re in the area, they got you covered. They offer mini kitchenette with fridge and microwave and a 2 burner stove top. Spacious bathroom. Ironing board and iron in room. But no hair dryer as advertised. Vending machines and ice machine on premises.

Clean, No Frills, Budget Price

This hotel is a no-frills budget place to stay. It was clean and seemed safe. It is convenient to Constellation Field, home of the Sugar Land Space Cowboys AAA minor league baseball team. It's pretty minimalistic, but the price makes it a decent value. The room was not really a "suite", but was roomy and comfortable. There was no coffee maker in the room, but otherwise it was fine with a cooktop (no pots/pans, dishes, or utensils), small refrigerator, and microwave.

The staff was extremely friendly at check in. At face value there was nothing wrong with the room at all. It looked like a great place to have extended stay with a desk, clean beds. We definitely liked that it was hard floors in the room instead of dingy carpets like many other places. We saw the cleaning ladies come by both days and they had really good supplies, the rooms smelled very clean. The things we encountered in our room were issues with the WiFi and TV. The first night we didn’t even see the Internet connection at all I don’t know if it was turned off at a certain time. In the morning we were unable to watch cartoons on the TV with our son because it was Xfinity TV and kept prompting for connection but there was no way to navigate to the code. Between our activities we just didn’t have time to swing by the front desk to ask. The second thing was I came back to the room to find ants all over the counter on my son’s medication, I just had to mush them and rinse his bottle off in the sink. We were only there two nights. On Saturday night there was definitely a lot of noise on all sides, I couldn’t make sense of what noise was coming from where. Definitely a stereo on one side, baby crying on another. Nothing against families we have kids too but I haven’t had a hotel stay where you could hear so much from neighbors.

The room was in disrepair, with the bathroom door unable to close, faux wood panels bowed out away from the wall, and the room lighting was harsh and too bright over the beds. We had heavy items that felt unsafe to leave in the car, and we had to haul up stairs as there was not an elevator to the second floor. The best features were the price and the cleanliness of the room.

I will give this hotel a 5 star because I never had any issues with them. Quiet environment, Friendly staff, nice room, nice AC. I was able to watch Netflix , YouTube etc. it was a good experience. Me and my gf enjoyed our stay .

The room was dirty and when I asked them to come and clean it, they said there was nothing wrong with the room. When I pounted out the dirty linens, they said, "Oh thats nothing"!

The room floor was very dirty and sticky. Seems like the vinyl floor has never been mopped. No room cleaning was done. You have to stay for 3 nights to get the room cleaned.
