This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Very easily reachable by public transport. It’s very close to the beach and also lots of cafes and restaurants. The rooms are large and bright. The staff are very friendly and relaxed. I will stay here again for sure.

The staff were fantastic, from the time that I arrived and they advised me about the parking, to the time I checked out and they offered a free late checkout and looked after my 4 bags while I relaxed on the beach for the day. The location is ideal, very close to the beach but in a relatively quiet neighborhood still easily accessible to the Brighton city centre, pier, etc.

Hotel met all my needs. Great location convenient for beach, buses and Church Road. Staff were always helpful and front desk always manned. Room was bright and clean with tea/ coffee available, decent wifi and desk to work. A great deal i will be back.

"I stayed in a single room here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The room was lovely, very clean, and surprisingly spacious. The property is located in Hove, about a 16-minute walk from Brighton city centre, so I found the location to be very convenient. My room’s door didn’t close properly, and it could be opened without using the key. However, after I reported it to the staff, they arranged for it to be repaired straight away, so I was very impressed with how quickly they responded. One thing to note is that there wasn’t a hairdryer, which might be a little inconvenient for some guests, especially women.
