โI had a terrible time trying to book my train ticket to Prague, because the Regiojet website was not working. The young woman on the front desk--I wish I had gotten her name--absolutely bent over backwards to help me, and in fact I was able to book the ticket with her help. โ
โI stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean the place. The air conditioner was broken and the curtains were torn. The bed was comfortable and they provided bottled water, which was nice. However, it seemed like the facilities were not properly managed. And you have to pay separately for breakfast at the hotel across the street, but it's expensive and poor quality, so don't eat it. It's a waste of money.
