We were happy with the room with ocean view on the 9 th floor. The breakfast was amazing, something we will always remember: very spacious area with a large variety of choices for Thai and Western clientele. We recommend to allow adequate time for breakfast: 1 to 2 hours to see and taste….

Real nice place…. But it’s not cheap…. You pay for it. And restaurant isn’t cheap etc. pay a lot, and get a nice stay basically. It’s located in a nice area too.

Staff were professional and provided excellent service. The hotel is definitely showing wear and tear in common areas and in the room. Air conditioning is not consistent in the glass elevators and floor lobby, which can get very stuffy and warm, especially during the day time. Major hotel construction next door, which was only mentioned after check-in and shown to room. Our room was on the 15th floor and directly across and overlooking the construction. Noise was tolerable at this current phase. Overall, decent resort and caters mostly to a senior crowd, which makes it much calm and quiet. Some TLC is needed in the common areas and rooms, if it is to compete with the hotel expansion from Centara next door. The beach was decent, however, litter next door made its way into the water and onto the Hilton property. The pool was spacious, clean and very nice. Location is decent, lots of restaurants around the area.

The property is centrally located on the beach. The views from our room were amazing. Within 5 mins from your door you can find transportation to the middle of town. You have access to everything (food, shopping, massage) from here.

I took my wife for a 3 day getaway and this was PERFECT!! Great staff, decent food, nice pool and only steps from the beach. Walking distance to Night Market.
