해변에 위치하여 아침저녁으로 해변산책하기 좋습니다. 객실은 청결하고 지내기 불편함은 없었습니다. 주변에 식당 및 마사지삽이 있어서 매일 두시간씩 마사지 받았네요. 조식은 호불호가 갈릴것 같은데 저에게는 좀 안 맞았습니다. 주변에 야시장이 금토일에 열리지만 너무 더워서 즐기기에는 좀 힘들었습니다. 휴양지답게 유유자적하여 쉬기에는 좋은 호텔입니다.

체크인 할때 조식 포함한 pool access room으로 추가 비용 내고 업그레이드를 하였는데..업그레이드 한 방이 최근 리모델링이 끝났는지..새집 증후군과 비슷한 냄세가 나고 눈이 계속 따가웠으며, 호흡 곤란 증상도 있어 매우 힘들었습니다. 호텔측에서는 방을 바꿔줬었지만 비슷한 조건의 방들은 같은 상황이어서 매우 힘들었으며, 다른 조건의 방으로 변경하기를 어려워 호텔에 요청하여, 공기 청정기 및 방향제를 이용하게 되었으나 나가는 날까지 불편함은 남아 있었습니다.

나이드신 분들이 많아 행동이 조심스럽습니다. 그리고 음식이 기대하는 것 만큼 엄청 맛있지는 않습니다. 풀장도 관리상태가 그리 좋지는 않습니다. 나무가 많아 산책하기 좋고 해변이 옆에 있어 좋습니다. 방 상태는 좋았지만 4인가족이 지내기에는 좁은 감이 있었습니다.

아기와 함께 즐거웠던 시간!
아기와 함께하는 여행이었는데 전반적으로 너무좋았어요 바로옆에 야시장도 있고 리조트내 수영장도 관리가 잘되어있어서 아기와 놀기좋았어요 직원들도 모두 친절하고 건물은 좀 오래되긴했지만 지내는데 불편함은 없었어요 또 가고싶네요^^

There are lots of trees and big and nice swimming pool. My daughter said she was like a jungle. It was nice because the staff were very kind and the night market was close.

클럽디럭스룸 객실은 1층이여서 답답한 느낌이 강했습니다. 1층 객실이 맘에 안들어 3층인 일반 클럽룸으로 요청하여 옮겨 숙박했습니다. 지어진지 조금 된 리조트여서 조금 올드한 느낌은 있는데 관리가 비교적 잘되어 있었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친철하였습니다.

조경이 너무 아름답게 잘되어 있어서 자연과 하나되는 느낌을 준다. 그 자체로 힐링 관리가 잘되고 직원들이 친절함 다만 룸컨디션은 조금 부족한 듯 먼지청소가 잘 이루어지지 않는 듯 해서 아쉬움

부부와 초등 아들 2명이 편안히 묵을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 어린이 엑스트라 베드(무료)와 소파베드를 사용할수 있어서 정말 편히 잘수 있었고, 객실 인테리어도 너무 훌륭했습니다. 객실 앞 유스풀이 조금만 깊지 않았으면 하는 바램이 듧니다. 슬래이도 있고, 바닷가 조망이 너무 아름다운 고급스런 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 조식 뷔페 값은 꽤 비싼편입니다. 금,토,일 주말 시장(시카다)이 호텔 바로 앞에서 열립니다. 완전 굿입니다!!

King bed로 예약했는데 왜 twin bed로..ㅠㅠ
King bed로 예약했는데, 도착해보니 twin bed더군요. 물론 호텔측에서 twin bed 2개를 붙여주긴 했습니다만, 진짜 king bed가 더 편안한 건 사실이니까....이 부분에서 좀 실망스러웠습니다. 냉장고는 시원하진 않지만, 얼음으로 그럭저럭 대체해서 사용했으며, 수영복 등을 널 수 있는 옷걸이를 제공해주어서 편리했습니다.

Overall it’s a nice hotel but it lacks proper room accommodations fo the disabled. The “accesible” room was to smell for wheelchair udse and the bathroom didn’t have proper grab bars by by the=toilet or in the shower so was unusable for people with mobility and balscecisde disabilities Ike I have.

This Hyatt is an over priced hotel, you can get the same service and quality of stay from plenty of hotels in the vicinity with just 3-4 stars. It’s the same as paying extra money for Nikey shoes, the extra money only gets you the brand name and nothing more.

We were initially put in a room smelling of mould next to what seemed like a back of house area. We complained and were moved. The new room had a bowl of fruit but this was promptly removed as they were apparently switching is with someone yet to arrive. What happened to our bowl of fruit we wondered. Not a good start. Overall the whole hotel is tired and has seen better days. Club access was ok but the food was nothing special. Overall a disappointing stay and we were glad that we were only staying a couple of nights.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Beautiful grounds and pools. We had problems getting our rooms. When we checked in the receptionist kept saying our rooms weren’t ready and would have to be reconfigured. It took three hours and my room had to be changed as I had an injury and could not climb the stairs and make the walk to the remote room I was I itially given. Once this was corrected the rest of the stay was great!

Fantastisk hotel
Alt var fantastisk. Smukke omgivelser, dejlige værelser, fantastisk personale, flot morgenbuffet. En helt unik oplevelse. Først fik vi værelser (havde bestilt deluxe) uden balkon eller terrasse, måtte dog vente tre dage på at blive flytte til værelser med udgang. Det er lidt mærkeligt at der er forskel når prisen er den samme. Det var det eneste minus ved stedet. Billige restauranter tæt på og billig taxa til byen.

2回目の滞在です。 以前、部屋によっては古さが否めませんでしたが、リノベーションして、とてもコンパクトで使いやすくなったと思います。ホテルの規模といいリゾート感も大満足です。朝食のヴュッフェの種類も味もとても良かったです。 ただし、ホテルエントランスから一歩外に出ると、週末のシカダマーケットは賑やかですが、他は何もありません。 足裏マッサージ店もお粗末でした。 とすると、繁華街中心部へのシャトルバスが数便あったらとても便利ではと思いました。 トータルで言うと大変大変満足です。

The Hyatt Regency Hua Hin is close to paradise. We are grateful to have spend our engagement moon there. Special thanks to Patty (reception), the managers and cooks of Figs and McFarland House, Pin and the singing brother & sister (all Figs restaurant). They did an excellent job - we are amazed by their work! You made our stay truly extraordinary. This has been the best resort we have ever stayed with so far. Thank you so much for this experience!

Not good for the price we paid.
the service at the restaurant Figs was horrible and the pool as well. the rooms were full of mosquitos and the hotel in general needs maintenance and care. it needs renovation.
