The location is extremely convenient for Taroko Gorge and the surrounding areas. The view from our room was just magical. My son has dietary restrictions and the staff all remembered and made sure to point out everything in the breakfast buffet that he could eat (which was plenty). The buffet was delicious with a mix of local and western options. We felt comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with this facility. It was clean, the view from the room was amazing ( you can see both mountain and the ocean), breakfast was great, it was calm and relaxing. There are convenience store just across the street. It was walkable (5 minutes) distance from the station. There is a local small restaurant nearby, too. It was rare to find white towels white and need sheets crisp. The staff were very helpful but not pushy. I enjoyed it very much.

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the food was great. I cannot more highly recommend this hotel. We came here before in 2023 when we were hiking in Taroko and stopped here on our trip down the east coast this time even with no plans in Taroko just because the hotel is so lovely.

Cute hotel

Absolutely amazing stay. Very close to taroko and convenient. The breakfast was wonderful and the garden and downstairs was very relaxing after a long drive.

Convenient and comfortable stay close to Taroko

A great stay! We arrived in the evening and checked out early morning so it wasn’t a long stay but the rooms are comfortable, staff are great and the breakfast delicious. Very convenient and comfortable hotel close to Taroko

So relaxing hotel

We stayed to visit power plant near there. We arrived in evening but the staff was very kind and booked their restaurant for us. The room and view was nice and we liked friendly staff service. The cats were so cute! In the morning I could enjoy the walking around the coast and small temples, not so much shops but so attractive place.

Staff are super professional and very nice. The garden next to the restaurant is very cozy. Dining area & resting zone are quite comfortable as well. All rooms face east so it's guaranteed to see the sun rise if the weather permitted.

Exceptional stay.

Taroko Liikko Hotel ranks the highest in my list in terms of exceptional excellent customer service from all my years of travelling and staying in hundreds of hotels all over the world. This hotel treats you like you are their house guest and not a customer. Every staff gives her best and goes all out to serve and help you personally. I have great respect for the bosses and indeed felt very honoured to have stayed here and experienced their hospitality.

Beautiful hotel and comfortable and spacious room. However, the main attraction which is the Taroko park is completely closed because of the earthquake in April 2024. Therefore, there's not much to do in Xincheng..
