“spacious and well equipped room. Although hotel is far from main attractions, didi is cheap so staying here is not a problem. Staff service is excellent except for the front service staff who wanted to charge me if I ask for more than 4 bottles of drinking water. Eventually they didn’t charge me for extra bottles of drinking water. The cleaning staff gave me as many bottles of drinking water as I want. We left 4 bottles in the room when we left.”

“This newly opened hotel provided one of the most comfortable sleeping experiences we’ve ever had. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, as were the team members in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast itself was among the best we’ve ever enjoyed. We will definitely return the next time we have the opportunity to visit this city.”

“주변에 상업시설이 많아서 편함 - 특히 완다광장 영어 잘안통함.. 그나마 통하는 직원이 손에 꼽을 정도 침대 편함..전반적으로 객실 조명이 어두움.. 시티뷰라보 해봐야 별로 볼것 없음.. ”

“Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. ”

“The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working.”

“Las camas son muy cómodas. Mi habitación estaba en unos de los extremos por lo que las mañanas fueron muy silenciosas, ademas de que el area no es comercial. El tener a tu disposición una lavandería ayuda bastante, sobre todo si ya tienes algunos días de viaje. El personal en general no habla mucho inglés, pero lo compensan siendo muy serviciales.”
