“Initial room we checked into wasn’t made up. Staff was very helpful though. Breakfast didn’t have working coffee. Second room was very clean and comfortable though.”

“The lobby was freezing when we arrived, which wasn't terrible because we weren't there long. But the heat was totally off in our room when we got there (not just turned down) so it was also FREEZING. It took a bit for it to warm up. The exterior door in our hallway wasn't locked, we didn't need to use our key to enter the building at all, which wasn't ideal. There was a keypad on the door, must be it just didn't work? The room was nice, other than initially cold, and the breakfast was decent. ”

“This is one of those limited staff hotels. The kind where there is no one at the front desk. You can call or text someone. But the lobby is empty. There is no one to help with luggage. There is no elevator. I walked my own luggage up 3 flights. At checkin there was someone who showed us to the room. I suppose I could have asked her to grab my luggage but at that point it seemed easier to deal with it myself. After that I never saw them again. There is no parking. It's even difficult to stop...

“The hotel was reasonably priced and a half hour drive from Penn State, where we had a weekend event. The location felt safe and was conveniently next door to a Rutter's. We appreciated the free hot breakfast in the hotel, which was pretty decent and better than expected. This was the first hotel room that I've stayed in where the mini fridge's small freezer compartment actually kept my ice packs frozen. However, the room felt dark and outdated, and had a perfumy smell. It is pretty bare bones...
