“Booked a club room but staff tried to put me in a regular room, insisting that it was a club room even though it was much smaller. I was taken to a club room upon insisting of being provided one, and told that this was in the older wing. The older wing turned out to be under part maintenance, though I was promised that the rooms were well maintained. However, the room smelled stale, the tub was not clean, etc.

“Amazing view. Excellent property. Staff is smiling and very helpful. However the Gym/ Health Club is in a very poor state. And the staff is very less in the pool side restaurant. Had to wait 50 mins for s simple order.”
