WM Farmer & Sons was a great boutique hotel. Location is amazing! We stayed in the Mercer suite & I would highly recommend. Great amenities, bed was unbelievably comfortable, and quiet. The common areas and outdoor space were beautiful. I will look forward to staying at this property again. We were there on a Wednesday and unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. Staff were great before, during, and after our stay. Absolutely 5 STARS

Great spot, nice rooms and very well located if you want to walk around Warren. Please note it’s close to train station (super convenient if not driving) but you’ll hear the train at night.

Wm. Farmer is a collection of renovated buildings close to the Hudson River waterfront, the main building with a restaurant & bar, plus other buildings with additional rooms and common areas. Breakfast options are limited for early risers (before 8am), there's a coffee shop in the train station a few blocks away. A coffee maker is provided in the rooms. The next street over has some restaurants and small grocers.

The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations.

Main hotel building, including the bar and restaurant, were pleasant. Didn't eat, but the drinks were on point. Walls in the annex building, where my "half pint" room was located, are incredibly thin. Although there's a quiet policy (after 11pm as I recall), guests in adjacent rooms were up all night talking and their voices came right through the walls. It was as if we were part of their conversations. Not a minute of sleep. Hotel offered a comp though, some attempt made.

The Olace to Stay in Hudson

The hotel is lovely, well situated and has an excellent restaurant. We had a problem with our room and they immediately and graciously upgraded us to a splendid suite. Their customer service is superb.
