The hotel is very well appointed with amazing outdoor spaces- pool, patios for relaxing and eating. Our room was large and very comfortable for all of us. The bathroom was also very good. The restaurants are very good and offer a varied assortment of food, both local and international. Having breakfast included with the room was an added bonus; the breakfast was amazing! But almost more incredible were the staff. From the front desk staff to the Bell Captain Ho Phuoc Loi, to the restaurant staff...everyone was amazing. I had my birthday while we were staying at the hotel and I was surprised with a signed birthday card and a delicious slice of cake! So thoughtful and much appreciated. The hotel is also located in a great part of the city, along the Purfume River. There is a beautiful riverside walkway that follows the river into town. Our stay was relaxing, very comfortable and a highlight of our trip. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so amazing. We will definitely recommend this amazing hotel to our friends and family.

The hotel was old, run down, rooms were dirty. It is in need of a large renovation & more attention to cleanliness. The buffet was plentiful & front staff were friendly. The large screen at the front welcoming the guests was a nice touch. The location was very good. However I would not recommend staying here. There are many nicer hotels than this one.

We were very comfortable! The room was great, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a room with a view of the river, so it was also very quiet. We paid for the breakfast buffet. It was well worth it. The staff was friendly. The only complaint is the shower drain didn't always drain, so the shower water ran across the bathroom floor and drained near the toilet.
