โI stayed here for a conference. My room was perfect for just me and had all the amenities i needed with microwave, fridge and 1 cup kurig. Staff was super friendly and helpful with my questions. While not a fancy hotel, this was nice and i felt safe. Nothing was broken and no peeling paint or broken tiles. No bugs.
Initially, my gps put me on the side street behind the hotel. The back side does give off creepy vibes. But the rest of the property was nice and well kept.

โWe travelled with our children (1 toddler & 1 elementary aged) and it was great! The room only felt slightly small because we had a playpen, but there was still certainly enough room, and the bathroom was a nice size as well.
Staff were so friendly and helpful with any request, or even meeting in the hallway. Rooms were SO quiet! The pool & hot tub were nice and clean. The continental breakfast area is the only โdownsideโ with only having a few tables, but again, a very minor complaint.

โThe room was really large and comfortable. The receptionist allowed me to check in early. When I was checking out, I asked if I could leave a bag (with chocolates that would have melted if I'd kept them in the car while golfing) and the receptionist obliged me. Picked the bag up after the round and was fine. I would definitely stay with them again the next time I'm in Couer d'Alene.โ
โThis place is so cute and so clean!! Im a freak about beds, but the crisp clean sheets on the bed were clearly change, and almost looked ironed! The manager and her son were incredibly nice as well! Very helpful and kind! โ
โThis property was a safe place for family. We accidentally left our driver window down when we stayed the night and nothing was bothered in our vehicle. So definitely a secure and trustworthy place. โ
