我預訂時看到的相片是一房一廳的大床房. 而入住時酒店表明只是訂了大床一張的房間. 綱頁顯示的相片是套房. 我即時打電話給hotels.com, 得到的回復是相片由酒店提供, 不是他們的責任. 酒店回應曾有客人一樣的情況, 已向hotels.com反應, 但hotels.com 沒有更正相片, 所以不是酒店問題, 不能提供此套房住宿, 只能提升豪華房. 超級無耐! 如果不是因為套房, 我不會選擇此偏遠的住宿!

要刷門禁卡上樓時，還要先報上房號和入住者姓名，雖然每次上樓都需要，但覺得住的很安心，不必擔心有非住宿者，很推薦這間酒店，下次來廈門還會入住。"
