“Lovely Hotel, staff very good and rooms comfortable. Only complaint was it was a Saturday night and they shut the pub at 10.40pm when we had come back and wanted a drink and as a resident have never been refused even after closing time of 11pm let alone before and thought was very poor service.”

“Great place, often stay there”

“Very Kind, good foods, clean. I will def come back here”

“A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful.”

“Great little stay, great amenities”

“I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. “We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!”

“Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.”

“Clear instructions for entry to property. Met my host, Liz at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was cosy and comfy, with a fridge and there's also a guest lounge. Good value”

“Great Stay Lovely Inn that serves excellent food”

“It was nice to stay the hotel for my business trip. I'd like to stay next time when I visit there again.”

“A beautiful building but in need of renovating, most of it was clean but a lot of high dust and cobwebs, the dining room was not clean at all, tables needed cleaning and food left uncovered with flies around, the staff was polite and friendly.”

“A lovely quiet hotel. The room was enormous and had a brilliant TV. I just need a quiet sleep and a base whilst visiting sites. This was a good find. Thankyou”

“A truly lovely stay at a homely pub that was superb value for money, the staff were very helpful & friendly, will definitely visit again when in the area .”
