Spacious and clean hotel. Very quiet and great staff. Very affordable for what you get. The washer and dryer was a plus!!"

"We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls. Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure."

"Hotel was clean. Close to everything. We stayed for a brandon lake concert at the wolstein center. It took about 20 minutes to walk there. Tons of food around the area walkable. Right before you get to the hotel there is a pnc parking deck that only cost 8 dollars overnight. You can valet park for 50 but they go park your car in the same deck. The breakfast was really good and the room was clean and quiet. "

"I've stayed here before and brought my family for a baseball game and to explore the city. Love the location. It's at an intersection of the city, lake, and river, so quick access to each. When we arrived, the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a pretty quiet hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job too. We especially liked having access to a pool table. It was a nice small touch which went a long way for us. Fantastic visit. Only hotel we'll ever use in Cleveland."

"I had a very positive stay at the InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland. Its location—just a short walk to the Cleveland Clinic—makes it incredibly convenient, especially for medical visits. The suites are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the shuttle service to and from the hospital is a big plus, particularly in cold weather. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement would include updating the rooms and bathrooms with more modern, upscale finishes...
