The staff at the property was very helpful. We got in after we visited a friend of mine who recently moved into the Infirmary at St. Mary's Medical Center. We were told that we could have a room near the elevator or where it was more quiet which was what we wanted. Breakfast was incredibly wonderful and then we enjoyed the pool and hot tub at 8:00 a.m. all to ourselves!! We will definitely come back again!!

The $50 hold placed on my account and I have not been reimbursed for it yet and I have been in a lot of motels and I have not ever been charged a incident all fees after which I had done paid for room in full and after I had done checked in the motel staff asks me for a credit card and I said I had one and they said they were just putting my card on my file in case I needed to stay extra night but then I discovered that in fact the motel staff had charged me a $50 fee for something I didn't agree to or have any knowledge of such security fees and now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back and I don't believe that I will receive anything for interest and why did they remove the money from my account when I didn't destroy anything belonging to the motel but you can hold my money up for two weeks well I will not be back to your motel and if I am not compensated for my inconvenience I will be telling my family friends and coworkers not to patron your establishment because of the hidden fees and the other thing the prices I was charged was entirely to much money for a 15 yr old busted up economy lodge I mean a Two Queen bedroom with nothing other than necessity's and a complimentary breakfast there was no Jacuzzi in the room and it was a simple motel room but it wasn't no $114 a night room I mean this is the second ownership of the building it was out dated

Thank you for your repsonse. We have no hidden fees attached. Any third party booking does require a 50 incidental authorization released upon check out. This is noted on the site you book through. We do apologize that you were not happy with this but it is hotel policy and procedure.

No hot water for shower, hotel ran down, breakfast was not well provided, very little to offer and not enough food for thoses trying to eat. I will not stay here again.

We do offer all choice brand standard items including but not limited to eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, hard boiled eggs, danishes, bread, bagels etc. We hope you to give us another try in the future.

The area outside of the hotel was very loud after 11:00 pm but seemed to quieten down by midnight. The room was really nice, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The front desk person was very nice and we had no issues at all! Will plan to stay here again!

It was fine
Stay was okay. Hotel is being remodeled. Key cards stopped working multiple times during the two night stay which was an inconvenience. Fridge could have used a wipe down and the window was left cracked so there were a couple stink bugs in the room upon arrival.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Lobby under construction bit of a cliche checking in but it’s ok. 10 am check out seems a little early. Over all nice place will be even nicer when lobby is put back together

I was not too happy with the microwave in our room, and when I asked about it I was told not all rooms have a microwave. I was disappointed with the condition of the area aroung the hotel, ground maintenance of the grounds.They are remodeling the entrance, we were there for two weeks and there was never any workers attending to the issue.

The AC was very noisy; not a normal noise expected from a typical AC unit at all. The floor of the room above me was SUPER CREAKY and whoever was in the room was up and moving around at about 4:30AM. I could hear EVERY FOOTSTEP LOUDLY! If not for the noise, the room would have been okay. But I couldn't rest at all. I won't be back. The AC can be fixed but the floor probably won't be. If you have to stay there, get a top floor room.

Under renovation, very clean but bathtub super slippery to take shower, nearly slipped fell, must take measures to make sure cleaning agents properly rinsed off shower/tub floors or someone will get hurt, badly.

Friendly, clean hotel
This Comfort Inn was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were attending my Mother's funeral, so I was not in the best of moods, but this hotel was still very nice.

The only thing was there weren’t any towels racks, in bathroom. Plus the breakfast was not very good. Some things were pure sugar. We left and went to breakfast.

Most of staff VERY pleasant. Convenient location. Needs some updates; rooms beginning to show wear & tear. No coffee makers in rooms any more (maybe due to COVID).

Room was dirty at check in. We had to wait till later to check in. Room did not resemble picture of rooms shown when making reservations. Vehicle was vandalized over night. Driver window was busted, and the bed cover was cut with what looked to be a knife.

The breakfast area is rather large, but the choices are extremely bland. Just cold cereal, some biscuits and gravy, and muffins, coffee, and juice. I didn't see sausage bacon and eggs, anywhere the entire stay of my three nights. I was forced to go down to McDonalds and have breakfast. Their was this strange ball going on Saturday night. I got back to the Hotel in the evening and the place was jammed with people all dressed up, and as a guest it made me feel totally out of place, and uncomfortable in my own hotel. All the parking was taken up and took me a while to find a parking spot. Room service was non - existent, wasn't sure if I had to call down to have my room done or not. I will be staying at another hotel next trip, and pay more for better service.

I believe my problem with the matress may be because of my bad hips. However, I was alarmed when the night clerk informed me that the door to the outside had to remain open so the fire alarm wouldn't go off. The next morning when we left the room, the corridor was absolutely freezing. This is a good hotel that just needs some $$ spent on it to bring it back up to where it once was.

Carpet in room needed vacuuming there was visible dirt in front of the dresser and desk, bedcovers in non-smoking room had what appeared to be cigarette burn holes. Did not see a housekeeping person during our stay, room was not serviced during our stay. Front Desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast was gravy from a can and frozen biscuits.. 😝checkiut was at 10am, NOT 11am on the hotels.com site, and they were strict about it. Diffuser was broken so the pool house was verry steamy and not qell lit, and they let other guest drink alcohol and vape in there around our kids playing in the pool. Hot tub was just hot water. No jets, and a couple made out in front of our kids.. it was gross and we left.. will not be back

We did not get the room we booked. It took over 30 minutes or so to check in only to be told it may be possible we would have to find another hotel. The entire place reeked of marijuana from the front lobby to our room

The room we stayed in was very nice. Had a really nice relaxing time. It was very quiet.We would have liked a little more options provided in the breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Staff was great and the room was clean, but the room and the facility was worn out. Big pot hole as you enter drive. Ramada sign faded and damaged. Room very worn out. Loose wallpaper and molding. Toilet seat worn and missing parts. chipped paint many places, burned out light bulb. No tissue in bathroom. fridge makes noise, hard to sleep.
