Location was good and the folks that worked there were super nice, helpful and accommodating. There was big snow storm on the way and they assisted me with everything I needed during my stay. Thanks to all.

Did not think the room was adequately clean. The room had an off putting dirty smell upon entering. The entire property just did not seem cared for ,carpet was dirty, bed linens were not fresh. Reserved an accessible room that did not have a walk in shower. The staff was excellent...the person at the desk was trying to find a walk in shower and was empathetic as she tried to help. As we were leaving early for a surgery appointment, the woman on that shift offered to make us fresh coffee and was extremely courteous.

We had a great stay ! Stay was very friendly . Breakfast was decent for a free meal . The carpet could use some updating in the room I had but other than that no complaints. It was close to Marshall University which was the main goal .

Check in was quick and easy. Room was large (I had a king-size bedroom). The bed was very comfortable. I was at the end of the hall by the stairs and it waa very quiet. Breakfast was good. I wish there had been some sort of fruit choice. It was a pleasant, comfortable, relaxing stay. Just what I needed!!

The hotel had a great location with a wonderful view. The room was large and the bedding was clean. The tub faucet leaked all the time, so much that the drain was decaying. The toilet also ran constantly. The carpet in our room was very dirty. The hotel is in need of updates and some TLC. The breakfast was average but once food and drink supply got low it was not restocked. The staff was friendly and helpful.
