We have booked the hotel through expedia .
At reception they didn't let us to check in.
They didn't accept our booking or confirmed voucher.
The cancel the reservation and must pay in the new rate which is double price.
We called expedia agent 3 hours international phone calls trying to find a way to have our rome with same paid and confirmed price.
Even our handy cap poy status couldn't help.
After 3 hours we bekame all very sick so we paid the high amount to get in the 3 rooms we booked.
Now are looking for a trip to san fransisco ,we have a good price by expedia but we don't trust expedia anymore. The didn't even want to refund the amount which we pay at the hotel.
No more this hotel
No more expedia.
