“The staff were lovely and they opened the breakfast up early for the Ironman event (4am). However, the property needs better upkeep and cleaning. It was quite dirty and things are broken and falling apart. The smoking area is right by the door, dirty bucks of water by an entrance, dirty carpets and broken banisters. Our toilet kept breaking and there was no fan in the bathroom. They need a higher standard of cleanliness.”

“This place was vile. There were blood stains on the bed sheets, pillows and toilet paper from the last guest. The bathroom was covered in mold. The room stunk of cologne/perfume when we arrived to mask an awful smell that showed later. The hallway smelled like a septic tank. There were centipedes, spiders and flies in the room. When I opened the curtains they flew off the rail. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.”
