Loved our stay here. Clean and posh. Two free tickets to the town pool/sauna/hot tub were included with our room and there was a nice free breakfast. Score! Staff was pleasant. The lounge area downstairs is really cool and we enjoyed happy hour and the different restaurants downstairs. Fish and chips were soooo good. Would absolutely stay again!

Very nice staff and awesome design of the rooms and lobby. A lot of personality in the hotel space unlike some of the other more stark hotels in Iceland. Could use some basic tlc as the hotel has seen some wear.

The Greenhouse met and exceeded my expectations. The place has a lively vibe, enhanced by the food court right on the premises. Late night happy hour on the weekends. Nice outdoor balcony, with couches, at the end of the hallway. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Great location for visiting the Golden Circle. The accommodations were good; the rooms small-ish like all the others in Iceland, but with everything you need. One suggestion I'd offer: could use some reading lights by the beds. In all other respects, I would unhesitatingly stay here again if visiting Iceland, and would recommend it to any of my friends who are going.

Wonderful stay with no issues. We walked all around the area and found it to be very nice. There is a food court where you can purchase a wide variety of items. The breakfast was really good and the staff was really great.

Staff were helpful--went out of their way to help me find a pair of glasses. The greenhouse theme makes the place unique with a cozy feel, and the on-site food options as well as the 24/7 store is a superb perk not to be taken for granted in Iceland! Only complaints are a couple of old stains on the bedsheets (minor), and the blackout curtains don't really block the bottom of the window well--however, the easy workaround is to just set the couch cushions up against that area. There is some background sound from the street, but nobody honks horns in Iceland, so this is just white noise, and didn't bother us at all. I would certainly stay again, particularly because of the on-site eating options (saves lots of time!) and strategic location to popular spots (both within the town and beyond).

Beautiful place with included breakfast with lots of tasty options. Additional bonus - free tickets to the local thermal swimming pool. Beds were great - 1 king bed and a bunk bed for the kids- we travelled as a family of 4. We traveled in June and the room got super hot even with the windows open all night. Have your shorts and T-shirts ready.

Absolutely love this hotel. It’s made like a modern farmhouse and greenhouse. Really nice little shops inside. Spacious room and very eclectic design. Huge breakfast included in the morning in the lobby. All glass windows and in a great location so fast. I booked very last minute and got a great rate still. The family that owns the hotel is also opening new Hot Springs nearby in July with the resort attached and Spa. I’ll definitely stay here and have a can’t wait to recommend it too many people.

The staff was super nice when we came into the building - the room was super unique, we loved that they were eco-friendly and sourced from local vendors. Dinner was really good, we had the tacos with nachos and fish and chips. Loved that they had different food stations to choose from. Breakfast was okay, you could make a sandwich, they had juice and drip coffee. Would recommend staying if you’re driving through the town.
