훌륭한 호텔
가격 대비 훌륭한 호텔이예요. 청결하고 조식도 괜찮습니다. 와이파이 연결이 번거로워서 조금 피곤하긴 했지만 직원들이 잘 도와 주었습니다.

Only lobby images are shown in the pictures when tou are booking, which looks stunning but rooms are average . AC didnt work on first day & more kind suitable for couple & bachelors . Not recomended for family.

Ideal for buisness travel .
The Stay was good . Centrally located . Dinner menu has very limited options and relatively expensive . Morning break fast is good and could be improved in the continental options and some dry fruits . Other wise overall stay was very good .

Comfortable stay
Hotel is in perfect location and everything is available within walking distance. Room and bathroom was clean. Only area to improve was food in terms of taste.

Newly Refurbished Hotel - Spic & Span
An excellent central location for access to both Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The Hotel interiors had been just completely refurbished and was amaingly clean and shinning. B'fast was a so-so fare, nothing to write to home about but palatable. Rooms were fairly spacious but very clean and room service was impeccable and reponsive. I highly recommend this property to families and business travelers.

The worst western ! The hotel is a total disaster , we never ate in the restaurant as the whole place was dirty ! Room not much better ! Dirty sheets , blocked toilet, no hot water, the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest ! We left after two days ! But we had booked for four and paid for breakfast as well . My advice ! Give this hotel a miss.

Liked: 1. Bed and room was maintained very nicely. 2. The hot water kettle was very useful at night. 3. Breakfast spread and the dinner in Four Square was very good. 4. Location was very convenient for travel. Did not like: 1. Hot water was available only in the basin and that too only in the morning. This was brought to the notice of the staff but there was no change.

Hotel is located in an area when you can get to everything quickly, however, it is located next to a very busy road, which was noisy with a lot of trucks and buses, honking all the time. If you don't mind the noise and if you sleep well with all the surrounding disturbance, then it is OK for you.

Budget hotel with highly priced.
The area in which hotel is good, There are cockroach and mosquito in the room. It was very disappointing as Intercom was not working and complains are not welcomed. About breakfast the fruits and few other items are same for all the 4 days. Room service is pathetic. WI-FI never worked.

A big problem with WiFi connection, not working, safe locker batteries not replaced? Can you believe that? Phone dead in one room for dead battery? Means there is some problem with the skill set of housekeeping staff who looks after only linen change and mopping

Great Location at Budget Price
This place is centrally located in the heart of Hyderabad City, Telengana State. India. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept by the Housekeeping. Reception staff needs bit of professional training. Restaurant serves excellent Breakfast Buffet. One can enjoy variety of South Indian and Continental breakfast. The Restaurant staff are excellent in their service and the food taste superb. If you are on pleasure or business trip, one should try this place and I am sure you would love make this Hotel as your favorite choice always.

Centrally Located Hotel in Hyd
Stayed at Best Western Ashok on a recent trip to Hyderabad. This is a good hotel, rooms are well appointed and the service is good too. Breakfast is good, and they have variety. The front-desk does get choked in the morning, too many people checking out, and the two front office staffers were struggling big time. Getting a confirmation from house-keeping, on the state of the room, and mini-bar consumption seemed to be the issue. Centrally located, so easy commute to most parts of the city. Good budget option.

Pathetic hotel ever seen
Experience was hell over there . T.v was not working. Food was pathetic in taste. Room service was too late after an hour they come .Room plugs and sockets were not working properly. No response to the complaints . Travel desk is of no use because they don't do work as requested by the customer. Buffet quality was worst I ever had yet. Please work on your management first .

Clean, Comfortable but staffs are not very helpful
Nice property, clean and comfortable and very good breakfast. But bit noisy as it is close to the road (probably highway). Refrigerator wasn't working, we noticed only on day 2 and they didn't fixed it until we checked out. (Day 4). Had to call at least 5-6 times and request them to fix it or change our room, but sadly they didn't. Front desk told us to call room service and room service to another department, so it kind of wasted lots of our time and energy.

Ashoka Best Western...Definitely the BEST!
My stay at Best Western Ashoka (Lakdi ka Pul) was one of the main highlights of my visit to Hyderabad. The hotel is centrally located, extremely easy to find and there are plenty of autos available as soon as you step out. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the linen was very clean. Every single staff at the hotel was very courteous and ever willing to help. Their room service was very good and their housekeeping staff did an excellent job every single day. The in-house restaurant served up excellent buffets. I would definitely recommend their buffet dinner, which was very reasonably priced and delicious. Their breakfast buffet was complimentary and included a generous and tasty spread of continental as well as Indian dishes. The fresh fruit juice was an added bonus every morning during breakfast. The restaurant manager and staff were extremely courteous and served us well. A special thank you to the warm and welcoming reception staff who made sure we were happy and comfortable during our entire stay. Every single staff at this hotel deserves an applause for their brilliant work and commitment towards making Best Western Ashoka the very BEST indeed.

Worst thing about Hyderabad
Hotel didn't acknowledge that our booking via expedia existed. The woman staffer at the counter rolled her eyes at us demanding a room and then started making some calls. After lots of running around and confusion, they said only one room was available in the entire hotel but gave us a executive room instead of a deluxe room, which we had booked. So, we ended us paying for an executive room at deluxe prices. The hotel is filled with shady people in the lobby in the evenings who would letch and look at us. Very uncomfortable. No one came to help us with our luggage but someone did to check the minibar. Would never recommend this hotel.

Food quality and taste is good. room is clean and neat. Hotel Admin is terrible. Too rude staff. discriminative treatment for expedia customers as we paid less than their regular rates. I was billed and paid for second night even after explaining for hours to them that I have already paid at expedia. They don't listen and treat the guest with respect. To have peace of mind I paid them for the second night and left the hotel. Too many restrictions on visitors to room. its totally peaceless and not worth staying here. For regular customers they offer 24 hours checkout, but for expedia they give only 12 hours check out.

Great 3 star hotel
I have to say that overall - Best Western Ashoka was good! The front counter staff could be hot and cold sometimes but in general - they were helpful. The jewel in the crown was the great breakfast and staff/chefs tending to us. Nice facilities.
