"Zero amenities, room was not cleaned properly there was a mattress on the floor that looked like someone had just slept it when got up from when we arrived. What kind of "four star" hotel has no system for early check-in, late check-out, baggage hold, etc., these are basic facilities you get. Hostels have better facilities. False advertising and total scam."

"Small room, only suitable for a one-night stay. The towel was old, and there was only a coffee machine—no kettle for hot water. The area doesn’t offer much for tourists. Overall, okay for a quick stop but not for longer stays."

"Wonderful location, right above Coex mall which is open late and has a wide variety of shops, eateries, restaurants, groceries, great for taking a walk, there is even a hospital and pharmacy downstairs which is super quick, easy, and inexpensive. I just wished the hotel would have let me check in earlier since I was traveling with early parents and we arrived at 6am. (I know they had rooms available bec I could still book a room on Expedia for the day I was checking in) but they would not oblige and had us wait until the 3:00 check in time "
