"I had a wonderful stay here in Taormina. The location is absolutely fabulous—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. Ferdinando was incredibly helpful and welcoming; he met me outside on arrival and personally showed me to the room, which made check-in very easy. The room was spotless, newly renovated, and beautifully done. Mine opened directly onto the garden, which was such a lovely bonus. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. The rooms were incredible and service was impeccable. The breakfast is something our group is still talking about and missing.
