โStay with great hotel was wonderful. A historical accents inside were a great touch from the original hotel. Only gripe I have would be there was no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, the stay we had for our anniversary in the King balcony room was wonderful.โ
โThe property was clean and safe and the staff were caring and accommodating. The general manager, Rosezetta Fitzgerald-Miller went out of her way to provide us with great care and made myself and my daughter and 8, 6 and 4 year old grandchildren comfortable. This hotel provides a professional and caring staff with a clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and the outdoor pool was nice. Thank you Ms. Fitzgerald-Miller and the staff at the Hyatt for excellent service and care. โ
โThe front desk staff were Amazing!!! Drew was the BEST!!! He assisted me with an unexpected credit card fraud issue i was having while traveling that froze my account so i had to book another night stay. He discounted the rate for me that i was able to manage it better!!!! I will definitely stay here again.โ
