“도보 1분 거리에 한국 이마트 같은 coles마트, 도보 3분 거리에 한국 스타필드와 비슷한 쇼핑몰인 westfield, 도보 7분 거리에 chaswood역이 있을만큼 접근성, 위치는 정말 좋습니다! 게다가 방도 정말 깔끔해서 날파리나 개미 한 마리 보이지 않을 정도였구요. 이불이나 베개에서도 전혀 냄새나지 않고 잠이 잘 왔습니다. 아 그리고 한국인 직원분도 계셔서 소통하기 너무 편했습니다. 한국인 직원 뿐만 아니라 모든 호텔 직원들이 너무 친절하셨어요! 방에는 오븐, 전자레인지, 식기세척기, 조리도구, 가스레인지, 후라이팬, 냄비, 세탁기 등등 필요한 모든 것들이 있어서 편리하고 좋았습니다! 단점이라고는 전혀 없어서 다음에 시드니에 또 오게된다면 여기서 묵을 것 같아요.”

“Clean room and private shower is what we selected. Two floors no elevator. There is a Bistro and Bar below the hotel. Andrew was friendly and helpful assisting us with our luggage to our room. Excellent Bistro menu and bar service. We had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries and it was the best I ever had. We recommend the PC sandwich. I even complimented the chef loudly in the Bistro. ”

“객실과 뷰가 정말 환상적이었음. 오페라 하우스 뷰는 정말 평생잊지 못할 경험이었다. 차에서 내리면 직원들은 모두 친절했다. 감기에 걸렸는데 따뜻한 물을 요청했고 바로 가져다주었다. 또한 채크인을 빨리해주었고 루프탑 수영장도 하버브릿지 바로 아래라 좋았다. 다만 수질은 좋지 않아보였다. 건물이 오래되었으나 관리눈 잘된 편이다. ”

“체크인시각이 오후인데 훨씬 전인 오전 8시 경에 도착했음에도 바로 체크인할 수 잏도록 배려해줬습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 호텔입니다.”
