방 넓고 주방시설 잘 되어 있어요 단 주차공간이 없어 호텔 근처 세워야하는데 거기도 공간부족 렌트카 이용하는 분 들은 생각해보셔야 할 곳 이에요 근처 마트랑 음식점들 많아 편리한 곳

Otele her anlamda 5 yildiz veriyoruz; temizligi, odalarin genisligi ve konforu, kahvaltisi, konumu her seyiyle harikaydi. Ozellikle personel inanilmaz guler yuzlu ve samimiyetle her yonden bize yardimci oldular. Chek out yaptiktan sonra ucusumuz gec saatte oldugu icin o gunu de Ibiza`da gecirdik gun boyu denize girdik otele dondugumuzde ise bize temiz havlu ve dus sagladilar; guzelce hazirlandik bu harikaydi.

had great time stay there.
This was our 2nd time staying this hotel. Hotel is basic but has everything you need for staying. Very polite and friendly stuff. And room is pretty quiet for the Ibiza and we felt quite comfortable staying there. Will definitely be back.

Consecuencias por falta de comunicación.
Estoy muy decepcionada. Hice una reserva en este aparthotel. Llegamos a ibiza en ferry desde formentera y cojimos un taxi (30€) hasta el aparthotel. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa que el aparthotel estaba cerrado y nos reenviaban al aparthotel jabeque en ibiza. De nuevo tuvimos que cojer otro taxi (32€) para ir a ibiza. Por parte de hoteles.com no he recibido ninguna notificación de cambio de aparthotel y por consiguiente he tenido que pagar 62€ de taxi mas el tiempo perdido en el transito por lo que me siento estafada.

Tiloja oli remontoitu jonkin verran, mm. allasalue oli siistissä kunnossa. Kuitenkin hotellissa yritettiin myydä Superior-huoneena hieman ylimaalattua ikivanhaa loukkoa, joka oli mielestämme karkea arviointivirhe johdon taholta. Saimme lopulta haluamamme harmaan ja vaaleansävyisen huoneen (1204) joka oli oikeasti moderni ja siisti, mutta joita koko hotellissa on ilmeisesti vain kaksi eli huoneet 1203 ja 1204.

I came to stay here with my friend for 2 nights and we had the best time , the room was clean , staff were friendly and the comfort of the beds was superb. Very happy and would definitely come back and recommend ☺️

Hemos estado 3 noches. Los apartamentos en si son amplios. Las camas bastante cómodas. La cocina justita. Al entrar en la habitación no funcionaban la mayoría de las luces, lo comentamos en recepción y al día siguiente las repararon. Lo peor para mí ha sido la poca insonorización del apartamento, la puerta de entrada era de madera hueca, cómo si fuera de una habitación de un piso antiguo. Por la noche se escuchaba absolutamente todo. Además, tuvimos una pareja al lado que no paraban de discutir y claro, podías hasta meterte dentro de su conversación. Suerte que estuvimos en unos días que ni había mucha afluencia de gente y pudimos dormir correctamente. Este mismo apartamento en julio o agosto debe ser insoportable para descansar. El personal de recepción en general es amable, excepto un chico joven que ni saludaba cuando entrabas al hall y le importaba mas la pantalla del ordenador que los clientes. No creo que vuelva a alojarme en este apartamento.

De aankomst bij de receptie was goed. Maar de kamers waren supergehorig. 2 nachten verblijf gehad, en 2 nachten niet kunnen slapen van zowel feestende gasten tot 6 uur in de ochtend en huilende baby 2 kamers verder. Qua hygiëne daar kon ook nog verbetering optreden. Schimmel in de badkamer e.d.

Struttura bella e ben posizionata
Ho trovato la struttura bella, confortevole e ben posizionata riguardo a fermate autobus e negozi x ogni rifornimento. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Nello specifico però il "riordino" della camera è piuttosto sommario, le stoviglie della cucina, sono assolutamente insufficienti, una pentola con coperchio, senza scolapasta + una padella ed una teiera. In bagno non c'è (come riportato sul depliant) l'asciugacapelli e come avevo già letto in altri giudizi, i letti sono scomodissimi, dondolanoe non sono "rifatti", le lenzuola e la coperta sono appoggiate sul materasso, x cui, quando ti muovi, ti porti dietro tutto. Un inconveniente esterno è che l'unica spiaggia attrezzata e molto bella (Les Pinet) dista 3 fermate di autobus, farla a piedi è terribile.Le calette e le spiaggette vicine sono sporche, piene di alghe e senza servizi. In compenso sono stupende le spiagge di Cala Comte e Cala Bassa a pochi minuti di pullman che ferma sotto l'hotel. Nel complesso una bellissima vacanza, mi sono organizzata, anche xké ero già stata in un altra struttura su quella strada.

Asked for late check out on many occasions and told we had to go back on the morning (defeats the whole object of late check out...) on all these occasions not one person asked our room number and then we were told again without taking our room number that late checkout is not possible. we stayed in the hotel for the day and our room being opposite the pool noticed that no one came into the room. Not helpful at all

Strategic location at a budget
No frills apartments but in line with the svatage standard of this category on the island. Tactical location, close to nice clubs, bars. Free parking place and car rent close to the residence. Unfortunately there's no option (free or at a payment) for wifi connection that in my option should be a nice to have.

Beautiful aparthotel with great location
The Aparthotel Maritim is located at a vivid street with lots of bars and restaurants. Calla de Bou is about 12 minutes by foot. There are two bus stops right at the hotel with whom you can cheaply travel to Calla Tarida, Calla Conta, Calla Bassa, the airport and San Antonio. This makes it easy to explore Ibiza! Moreover, the staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions. The hotel is clean, very children friendly and calm! You don't hear loud noises at all, although Ibiza's nightlife is right at the door! Our room's temperature was great, the kitchen provides the necessary utilities to cook. We only once didn't got new toilet paper and were not giving enough cleaning equipment for the dishes. But after asking at the reception we received it! We are very happy and can really recommend to stay at the Aparthotel Maritim!
