"On site coin laundry was a big help. The restaurants ‘Legend’ and the pizza place upstairs served great meals - however be prepared for a long wait for the meals to be served. The rooms are extremely expensive- fueled by demand - rooms were dingy and dated, not worth a tenth of the asking price. I wouldn’t stay here again at these prices!!"

"Clean, close, comfortable. 2 rooms for a little space. Moderate walk to Lake Louise and short drive to Village."

"Well, the overall it is good however I think the restroom they are OK and overpriced maybe because I’m booked in last-minute $3000 a night it’s a bit bit overpriced. I actually try a lot of luxury hotel and restaurants but I don’t think this one really worth it because the overpriced the stay and the restaurant"

"Arrived to check in after a long hike, and was in my hiking clothes. I felt that the front desk person “looked down on me” and acted in a rather snobby way. I felt that way for most of my stay and even when I checked out. I only stayed one night in the lodge. Because of feeling judged, I didn’t explore the hotel’s amenities. It is a dated hotel, that felt over priced to me, and didn’t have air conditioning (really stuffy in July). Others have complained about train noise, but I didn’t hear...

"We had a great stay!! The hotel is conveniently located with a Starbucks next door, road to Maligne lake very close and center of town 5 min drive. The hotel had a bed, water bowls and welcome sign for my dog. Very personalized. The hotel was clean, facilities were well maintained. Would stay again"

"Good hotel for one night. Walk into town was 20+ minutes. Option is to find parking in main town area but is $3 per hour. Breakfast is not included and was so so and a bit expensive for a buffet. Watch out for the little girl that takes all the grapes from the fruit bowl."

"Great location. Although the hotel is older, the room was clean and comfortable. Parking is suitable for small cars/SUVs. I am not sure if they have another location for larger vehicles/pickup trucks."
