"Staff are charging people room with food and drinks at water slide. I never signed for anything nor ordered anything but still charge customers and refuse to refund. Such a scam!"

They gave me sheets in a bag to make my bed that were dirty with stains the breakfast was not there the guy said she called out. Old stale food.. bad staff they where no where to be found only one staff member was good as checking in his name was criag he was super friendly.. "

"Very pet friendly my dog was not bothered. We slept great. Very quiet space! Husband and I swam in the pool it was a bit cold, but we went during winter, our fault. Lol"

"This was our first time staying here and we were very upset about our stay. The room obviously was not cleaned to the point of being gross. There was a brown smeared stain on the shower curtain sitting next to the toilet, dust dusting all the cubbies for the towels that we needed to use, a small cut straw left on the counter behind the Kleenex dispenser and the tub and shower were both dirty. We are most disgusted by the brown smeared stain on the shower curtain, I did go down and inform the main desk. They were busy so I was handed another one and told to leave our dirty one out in the hallway. That dirty one remained in the hallway outside our room the rest of the day and throughout the entire night until we left the next day."

"Everything was great. No issues. Hotel was undergoing an expansion (construction of another wing of rooms), but it wasn't much of an inconvenience. Breakfast was standard. Staff was welcoming. "

"Room was big and clean, we had 2 queen size beds. The bathroom was huge with a large counter, enough for all your toiletries. There was a mini fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Nikita at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with all the basics of a continental breakfast. Fresh coffee served 24 hours. Wifi and parking included. Location was excellent, close to the outlets, Target, T.J. Maxx, etc Overall a really good hotel. Would go again."

"Room was clean. Holes in walls. The physical plug at the desk had been pulled out of the wall partly There was no shower curtain. When i asked about breakfast, the desk person told me there would be no breakfast but they would put together a bag of items. The items consisted of vending machine items i.e...2 chockate chip muffins, rice krispie treet, cheese crakers and a small plastic bottle of Sunny D. This is not what their advertisement indicated. The halls in the building was freezing cold. I would not recommend it to anyone"
