“The room was extremely small and not clean at all. The night staff welcomed us very politely, which we appreciated. However, in the morning, when I asked where I should return the keys, the staff member responded using hand gestures instead of speaking and did not make any eye contact. I found this behaviour very rude and unprofessional.”
