Right next to the falls! Balcony with chairs and a fantastic view. The room was awesome, huge, updated, and clean. The parking lot/exterior needs some updating but don't let that dissuade you. I was here two nights picking up a camper in town before driving back to Sacramento.

One night stay to walk the Idaho Falls River Walk. Loved the balcony facing the river walk. The room was very spacious and comfortable, Breakfast was good. Would have appreciated a 6:00 AM start for breakfast on Saturday morning.

Beds comfy. Quiet! Location was premier. Restaurants near by. Walked the falls to the city from the property. Breakfast was great and well attended. Outside property and parking lot were dilapidated, but know is in the works. It’s misleading as the rooms were nice. The unique design is fun!

You can’t beat the view from the balcony! Our room was on the 8th floor with a river view. We spent some down time enjoying the falls and sky at sunrise and sunset. When the sliding door was open - the sound of the water was very loud - but when closed we could not hear it. We enjoyed our stay here. The river walk was beautiful and dining options were within walking distance. We would stay here again.

We had the suite and it was comfortable- two queens and a sofa bed. Bathroom area was sufficient. Breakfast was very good with hot options (eggs, sausage, fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy). Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location if you want to walk along the beautiful falls.

Staff was great and very welcoming. Loved the room space and layout. Room was clean. Elevators were a little sketchy for 8th floor but might be a personal thing. Overall I loved the stay and view. Being next to the river was great too. Bunch of food close around.
