โGreat stay beautiful views and pool was great. Upon arriving there was someone to let us know where to park. Everyone was very nice the bar made us some delicious drinks. 10/10โ

โAfter I booked a room in Expedia, I follow the instructions to call 24 hours before arrival to get instructions to get into the property and I was told they will email those to me in the morning. Never received anything and had to call back to be told that I did not have any reservations. The person was rude and not willing to helpโ
โThe room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were super confortable! Everything worked: the internet, the hot water, the a/c, the toilet, etcโฆ the view of the terrasse is breathtaking. Only met one employee but he was very kind. Getting to the city center is very easy on foot from the hotel. Overall, best hotel I have stayed in while in Mexico.โ
โVery attentive, helful, and nice staff. From the valet parking, recepcionist, and the cleaning ladies. All of them deserved two thumbs up. Very nice and spacious room with 2 bathrooms, each with bathtube and each with massage water jets. Everything was excellent, including the price. The only suggestion would be for the TVs to have platforms, e.g., netflix for us visitors to sign in and out. Thank you ๐ ๐ my wife and I we will go back definitely. โ
โEl baรฑo estaba muy sucio, la ducha no funcionaba correctamente y la ropa de cama estaba sucia. El lavabo no drenaba bien y no habรญa nevera en la habitaciรณn. Incluso colocaron tรฉ que ya habรญa pasado su fecha de vencimiento.
