"There were dusts on the tables and headboard when we arrived. Breakfast has lots of variety no like the Japanese side dishes."

"The room we stayed was very spacious and we loved it. We stayed 3 other hotels for our vacation. This was the largest room and bed we got. Only thing was the breakfast was okay but not great compared with other hotels we stayed. Probably because we had to pay extra for breakfast for other places but not this."

"Property close to the airport which was perfect to crash on our first day and get settled on jet lag. There was a shuttle from the airport so that was great too. Lobby was clean and a kombini was available with decent options. Room was quite dated though and we saw a little bit of mold in the bathroom. It felt clean at least."

"Check in was easy and staff was very helpful. The room was clean with all the expected amenities. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. The only issue was the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus only operates TO the airport and one must book at least the day before. One can take a taxi, or if you are comfortable with the train system, the station is just down the street about a block away."
