“Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken ”

“Just finished up our stay here. It’s an amazing place to enjoy the beach and some other areas of Martinique. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were perfect for what we required and it’s on the beach. Only one complaint, the pillows had a nasty smell to them, time to replace! Kitchenette was handy and the balcony gave a fantastic view. Would recommend in a heartbeat. English friendly and easy to navigate from the airport. ”

En réalité aucun fonctionnel et selon la réceptionniste ca fait des.mois que cela ne marche pas. Jai payé 36 euro em arrivant parcequil y avait une deuxième personnes avec moi. “Nous sommes satisfaits de notre hébergement! Tout le personnel était vraiment sympathiques et courtois. La seule chose que nous aurions aimé est le passage du personnel d’entretien à chaque jour. ”

“Le studio confort n était pas aussi beau tel sur les photos. Les murs auraient besoin d une couche de peinture pour rafraichir. Quelque toiles d araignés et j ai eu droit a un comité d accueil formé de 3 coquerelles dans ma chambre le premier soir ! La reception n est pas a proximité des chambres et n a pas été simple a trouver. Cependant l endroit était adapté pour bien dormir et faire un mimimum de cuisine. Bien situé avec beaucoup de restaurants a proximité.”

“There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...

“Everything was great! Clémentine was really warm-hearted and we didn̈'t miss anything! The hotel itself was extraordinary and we had a perfect breakfast with fresh fruits and nearly everything handmade. Thank you so much, Clémentine! We would definitely recommend!”

Seulement, le personnel semblent un peut à bout des touristes, moins souriant et on dirait qu'on les dérangent”

“Other than breakfast food was an issue. Many times, there was nothing open and the hotel only serves food during very limited hours. If you were out and missed the window, there wasn't food available. Also, on one of the days there was a specific plate of food they were serving. If you didn't want that there wasn't another option.”
