It is pretty typical holiday inn, clean and comfortable although the property seems a bit old and dated. It is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room we were originally assigned had stains on the carpet and had unpleasant odor. We had to wait a little to be moved to another room but the staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate us.

The hotel is advertised to have A/C which was not provided. One tiny window to open left my room sweltering. It also smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Super convenient location, connected to a subway station. Costco is across the street and you don't need a membership to buy from the food court (you do need cash though). Lots of food around the hotel and eaay access to everything via the subway. Friendly staff, allowed me to check in 2 hours early. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay this hotel and we would book it again with no hesitation . The breakfast was amazing ! I wish they would have allowed visitors who have paid for their breakfast in their hotel package the choice of taking their breakfast to their room to eat . When trying to get use to the time change it’s hard to get up and make it to breakfast on time .

Stayed 3days and on and off to Seoul and Bucheon to meet friends and something else, very convenient to go to the other side Seoul and restaurants around the hotel so could get food easily. Subway station is just outside hotel gate. Employees amazing.

Quiet place. Nothing much around the hotel. We had to walk quite a bit to get food and shopping. There is a nearby Costcos but we couldnt get anythg there because we are not members. The hotel helped us get a taxi to the city, but we were cheated by the taxi driver who didn’t use meter and charged us 25000 won to the city which was only about 8km away. He ‘pretended’ he didn’t know where to go even though hotel has translated to korean for him, on a piece of paper. Will I stay here again? Nope. Will I go Incheon again? Nope… don’t waste your time in Incheon. Plus there are dishonest taxi drivers there.

It is very conveniently located near the Central Park Exit 2 subway station. Great location to grab food as there are restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The central park is just nearby for a good stroll. Hotel check in service is fast but doesnt seem to have concierge to help me with the lugguage (i got a few bags on my hand). I actually said i may need help but the receptionist could have not heard it (not sure though) Property is generally very good except that the powerpoints are a tad to stiff and is so hard to plug in and out the chargers

the location is okay. but right next to the central park subway station and free parking... its at level B1. Level B2 and B3 are for other user of the building. Interestingly front desk and restaurant is on the 19th floor, which is right at the top level of the building. The room was nice and bright. Furniture were quite nice. TV and WiFi were easy to use. The beds were amazing, easy to fall asleep. The view was nice and a lot of small coffee shops, restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Costco is across the hotel. Breakfast was quite delicious. Also all the staff at front desk concierge restaurant and cleaning staff were all very nice and nicely groomed with a smile. Always willing to help out. I would recommend others to stay here.

Wonderful hotel in the best location to restaurants. We enjoyed walking around to see all the different restaurants. The hotel was in new and excellent condition. The service was impeccable. I would happily stay here again for our next trip to Korea. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Overall, I enjoyed staying at this property but I gave it a lower ranking because of 2 peculiar experiences while staying there. 1. I asked to use the hotel wheel chair for my 85-year old mother. They provided a wheel chair but notified me that we could not take it outside the hotel. I found this quite funny since the purpose of the wheel chair was to provide greater mobility for my mother so we could enjoy the wonder Central Park area nearby. Guess they wanted to keep their wheel chair "unused". 2. I tried to order in-room breakfast on Sunday morning around 9am. I was told by room service that I had to go to the buffet upstair as they would not deliver in-room breakfast even though their in-room menu clearly stated "In-Room Breakfast until 10:30am". After escalating the issue to the F&B Manager on duty, they took my request for in-room breakfast. All the staff were friendly and tried hard to be helpful but not always effective. I'm guessing these are just temporary post-COVID staff training issues, except for the "indoor use only" wheel chair.

Good Hotel
This is a nice hotel. The check-in on the 19th floor is a nice touch. The service was very good, and the room was also very comfortable. The shower was excellent, and the Dove cleansing products were also a nice touch. However, I slept poorly. Partly that is me and partly the room. I need a supportive pillow. All four pillows were not comfortable for me - one is too low, two is too high. (Nice pillows for the average sleeper though.) I stayed at the end of January and the room was too hot. No matter what I did to the thermostat, the temperature would not budge from 24 to 25 degrees. This combined with the very nice, but very heavy, duck down duvet was not conducive to sleeping. I ended up taking the duvet out of the cover and just using the cover. I then fell asleep, but later woke up cold. Unfortunately, there was some idiot in another room who thudded around and kept intermittently banging something. Thankfully, it stopped completely by midnight. Excellent links to subway station (Central Park). Take Exit 2 and there is even a private entrance to the Holiday Inn. There are now many coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and even a pharmacy outside the hotel. I ate in the first floor lounge in the evening (closes at 7pm) and had the beefburger set. Was quite good although portion size was a bit small.
