“Our stay at Serras Andorra was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were just what we required and the staff anticipated all of our needs before we even had to ask. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. “The apartment is great - clean and new with all the facilities you would expect. It was only about 10 minutes walk from Soldeu gondola which is fine provided you have a ski equipment locker in the main village. I have a few small criticisms though. Firstly it wasn't easy to find, the map on the website is correct but it is actually called La Pleta De Soldeu.
