I encountered several staff, all were nice and very knowledgeable. Renovations meant the pool was closed but it is an awesome pool, and the pool at the hotel just across the parking lot was available to us. Very quiet room, nice guests. I will go back again.

Booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub, only to find out upon check-in Friday night that the pool was gonna be down until Tuesday. But they told me if I wanted to check with Expedia to see if I could get a room somewhere else with a hot tub I could as long as I did it before they checked me in, but it was close to 8:00 PM and I wasn’t going through the hassle. I get to my room and it’s freezing the heat was not working I went to the front desk and they quickly had maintenance there to fix it no biggie. Room was nice and clean kitchenette was cool bed was AMAZING! All and all it was clean quiet uncomfortable. Just wish the pool and hot tub was working and wish it had breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous would definitely book again after making sure that the pool was in working order.

Ever since I stayed here 3 years ago I have been coming here to stay for when I have concerts to go too. It's a lovely place and the staff are very friendly and help with anything we need help with.

Great time in Indy

I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel located around many good restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite. I’d stay there again.

This property was perfect for a one-night stay or even a one-week stay if needed. The amenities were as described with pool, hot tub, 24-hr fitness room and washer/dryers available. Suites were spacious and clean. Hotel itself seemed like it could use a refresh, but otherwise, the property was clean, safe and in a convenient location and staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

They let us check in early since we got there early. The pool and hot tub were nice and the room was nice. They were under construction so there was a lot of noise and smells going on. I also think I got bit by bed bugs. No one else in the family did. But I ended up with like 6 bites in my back.
